About this property

This traditional vacation house with pool, surrounded by vineyards, is located in the village of Mari?i, near the town of Rabac and its beautiful beaches. The house consists of the mezzanine, a separate entrance and is separated from the adjacent house by a house wall. The interior consists of a kitchen-living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the inviting back of the garden there is the pool and barbecue, where you can prepare outdoor fish and meat dishes. The youngest family members will have a lot of fun playing on the large plot with fruit trees. Mari?i is a small village with only a few houses on a road leading through the village center. During your stay we recommend a visit to the town of Labin and its interesting old town with numerous art galleries and historical sights.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.

A beautiful villa in a quiet setting

A lovely villa in a very peaceful setting. Sanjin and his family were super helpful during the stay if we needed anything. We will definitely book this villa again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
