This beautiful semi-detached house is located in the center of the historic town of Vodnjan.

You will stay not far from the market square and the church, which is known for its relics and mummies of saints. In the fenced yard there is a swimming pool and parking. You can rent the 1st floor of the house, to which you can access via external stairs. The interior is comfortable and modern. On the large terrace you can relax well and enjoy the beautiful view and prepare delicious dishes on the grill. On warm days you can cool off in the beautiful outdoor pool with sun loungers.

Prima woning met goede faciliteiten, ligging ook goed. Zwembad was fenomenaal.

We hebben met plezier een week doorgebracht. Woning was dik in orde: ruim en netjes met alle benodigde faciliteiten. Zwembad was echt heerlijk. Ligging is ook prima, dicht bij het centrum, paar minuten loopafstand. Dit betekent dus dat alle nodige zaken (bakker, supermarkt etc.) erg dichtbij zijn. Ook dicht bij snelweg waardoor je deze woning prima als uitvalsbasis kan gebruiken om de omgeving te verkennen. Hostes was ook behulpzaam en aardig, met respect voor onze privacy. Enig aandachtspunt zijn de slechte matrassen van de 1-persoonsbedden.

Schöne Ferienwohnung und tolle Lage

Wir waren 5 erwachsene Personen und haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Wir hatten genügend Platz und es war alles enthalten, was man so braucht. Leider wurde im Online-Inserat nicht genau erklärt welche Schlafmöglichkeiten es für 6 Personen gibt. Vor Ort hat man dann ein großes Schlafzimmer mit großem Bett, zwei kleine Kinderzimmer mit Einzelbetten und das Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, auf dem Platz für zwei gewesen wäre. Da hätten wir uns eine genauere Beschreibung gewünscht. Für eine Woche und 5 Erwachsene war es ok, aber für mehr Personen oder einen längeren Zeitraum nicht so ideal. Die Bilder vom Wohnzimmer sind nicht mehr aktuell, hier sind neue Möbel gekauft worden und es sieht viel besser aus, als auf den Bildern. Von der Ferienwohnung hat man eine tolle Aussicht und kann sogar etwas das Meer sehen. Die Lage ist auch gut, man hat nur ein paar Schritte zum Bäcker, zur Post und zum Supermarkt. Den Strand und die nächst größere Stadt kann man in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichen. Der Pool ist das Highlight der Ferienwohnung, sehr gepflegt und ideal für heiße Tage. Nicht so gut war die Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter, er kann leider kein Deutsch und nur sehr schlechtes Englisch. Hier stießen wir auf einige Schwierigkeiten, zumal er auch schlecht zu erreichen war. Wir hatten leider nur kaltes Wasser, was bei dem schönen Wetter kein großes Problem darstellte, aber das sollte so nicht sein. Wegen der schlechten Verkehrslage in den Ferien wollten wir bereits in der Nacht aufbrechen, konnten aber dem Vermieter und seiner Frau nicht klar machen, dass die Schlüsselübergabe einen Tag früher stattfinden sollte. Das war etwas ärgerlich. Trotzallem würden wir die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen und wer Kroatisch oder Italienisch kann, ist da an der richtigen Adresse :)
