If you want to spend undisturbed vacations in nature, this is the right place for you! At your disposal: Large dining room with open fireplace and loggia, covered garden seating area, elevated pool, spacious natural plot. Ideal for hiking, swimming in the torrent, yoga and meditation. Nearby excursions: Gubbio, Urbino, Città di Castello, Perugia. The beautiful region of Umbria has much to offer! Not only beautiful cities rich in culture, but also delicious cuisine and fine wines! Two bedrooms are pass-through rooms. Unasphalted steep driveway, unsuitable for sports cars (700 m). Crib on request.
