Our cozy, bright and newly furnished apartment on the top floor is located in a quiet, central and natural location with a wonderful view of the Alps. It offers space for 2 to 3 people on approx. 51 m² of living space. Both a parking space, as well as a bike and ski storage room, as well as WiFi are available free of charge. The apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen (incl. Dishwasher), separate dining area, bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet and a living room with living and sofa bed (140x200cm lying area). You will also find both a television and a balcony with afternoon sun and mountain views. Cot on request. From Farchant, holidaymakers will find a good starting point for numerous activities in summer and winter. It is only 4 km to Garmisch-Partenkirchen. You can rent our apartment from 3 nights. Insgesamt sehr zufrieden

Unterkunft sehr sauber mit allem was man braucht. Sehr nette freundliche Vermieter. Die Matratzen waren für uns zu hart, aber das kann man natürlich nicht jedem Recht machen. Einen kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätten wir allerdings. Polster oder Kissen auf die Eßstühle. Ansonsten top. Auch das kleine Dorf, wirklich schön. Alles da und in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Excellent stay

Our stay here was excellent! It was such a lovely and comfortable home and had everything we needed for cooking and to be a home away from home. The space was very comfortable, we used both beds available and both slept well (travelling with my parent). Farchant is a great base to see all nearby sights and visit hiking trails. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Was a little surprised to see the apartment was on the THIRD floor.

Very pleasant apartment. Since I have knee problems, it would have been nice to know it was on the third floor. Very kind hosts and the neighborhood was lovely.
