About this property

The country house is located in the idyllic village Teupitzsee Egsdorf in Teupitz. It is surrounded by a large nature reserve with a hilly forest and lake scenery. The west side of the village extend lead old mixed forests and original Supflandschaften the repeatedly to clear forest lakes.
On the east side borders in the immediate vicinity of the large Teupitzsee to the site, which extends directly to the Dahme Lake chain. The Teupitzsee is connected to the national road network water.
Built in 1900 in the ancient village of Egsdorf house was renovated in 2013 and 14 comprehensive and costly and reconstructed. It emerged three stylish apartments that can accommodate up to new people total.
From the house you're at 100m nearest beach. The plot offers a seemingly with a Mediterranean flair courtyard, where you can sit and sunbathe.
In the evening, here you can barbecue here or just enjoy the peace and quiet.

Kleine Ferienwohnung in wunderschöner Umgebung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr klein, nur ein Zimmer mit Bett, Esstisch und einer Chaiselongue, auf der nur 1 Person gemütlich sitzen kann. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr dürftig. Es gibt wenig Besteck, keine Trinkgläser nur 3 Weizenbiergläser. Das Haus liegt an einer Durchgangsstraße und ab 5 Uhr morgens rollen die ersten Autos vorbei. Tagsüber ist es aber sehr ruhig. Der check-in verlief Kontaktlos, was ich persönlich nicht so schön finde, ist aber praktisch. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und man kann direkt vom Haus aus mit Touren starten. Auch die kleine, öffentliche Badestelle fußläufig vom Haus zu erreichen, haben wir viel genutzt.
