About this property

This beautiful, traditional vacation home awaits you on a hill in the village of Markovac. It is spacious and comfortable and designed in the typical style of the country. On the ground floor there is a traditional tavern for common meals and social hours, which is called in Croatian "Istarska Konoba". Due to the traditional construction, there is a pleasant climate in the house, as the heat hardly penetrates through the stone walls. On the upper floor there are bedrooms, living room and bathrooms. The yard is laid out in several plateaus, with the swimming pool on the upper plateau.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.

Sehr tolles Haus

Großartiges Haus. Super schönes Grundstück mit viel Platz und sehr nett eingerichtet. Der Pool wurde während des Aufenthaltes durch eine externe Firma 2 mal gereinigt.

schönes typische kroatisches Steinhaus

Wir waren 1 Woche in diesem schönen Steinhaus, was seinen eigenen Charm hatte. Wir haben uns mit den Gegebenheiten arrangiert, mit knarrenden Dielen , kleinen Bädern, schönen Grillplatz, tollem Pool und den Autostellplätzen, alles war da! Uns fehlten Ablageflächen bzw. Haken für Sachen und Utensilien. Es war ein schöner Urlaub in diesem Domizil!
