The house is located directly opposite the small harbor area, which invites you to go fishing for free. From there you can start long boat tours through the canals. Fishing boats can be rented on site.
In winter, at appropriate temperatures, it is possible to go sledding in the facility or on the canals.

To the house:
100 sqm on 2 floors, ground floor: small hall, living room with sofa and open fireplace, satellite TV, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, oven, extractor hood, fridge and freezer, coffee machine and. Senseo and microwave, dining area, double bedroom, new shower / toilet, additional winter garden (approx. 15 sqm,) tile / laminate floors
1. Floor: open gallery with sleeping accommodation for 1-2 people, large bedroom with 2 single beds (one of which is a French bed 1. 40 m wide) baby monitor. laminate flooring
Winter garden with rattan furniture, the ideal place if the weather does not 'play along'.
The tiled terrace directly at the winter garden with table and chairs and parasol invites you to sunbathe with a view of the beautiful garden with trees. You can enjoy the evening sun on an additional paved terrace.

Schönes Haus leider nicht den Hygienestandards entsprechend

Grundsätzlich eine tolle Lage perfekt zum lospaddeln. Das Haus selbst ist recht geräumig und gut aufgeteilt mit z.T. neuen Gerätschaften. Allerdings war das Haus nicht gut gereinigt und beim Duschen lief das Wasser nicht ab, so dass wir erst mal allgemein putzen und den verstopften Abfluss reinigen mussten. Wenn man 60€ Reinigung bezahlt, geht man natürlich davon aus, dass man das nicht mehr selbst erledigen muss zu Urlaubsbeginn. Als wir den Vermietern dies direkt am ersten Abend mitteilten (incl. Fotos), mit der Bitte dies den Reinigungskräften zu sagen, bemerkten sie, dass sie es ausrichten würden. Allerdings widerriefen sie es nach Kontakt zum Verwalter, der meinte, wir sollten uns direkt an ihn wenden und später noch, die Reinigungskräfte seien dafür gar nicht zuständig. Letztendlich wurde uns unterstellt, wir hätten haltlose Behauptungen losgelassen und wären nur auf Beschwerden aus, was nicht im Entferntesten stimmt. Nach einiger Überlegung kamen sie uns mit einer Halbierung der Reinigungskosten entgegen und hielten uns nach der Abreise vor, was wir ungereinigt und unaufgeräumt hinterlassen hätten…obwohl ja extra ein Reinigungsdienst mitgebucht war, der dies nach unserer Abreise erledigen sollte. Wir hatten alles so hinterlassen, wie wir es vorgefunden hatten, dass vor uns angeblich eine 6 köpfige Familie dort war und alles kunterbunt in die Schränke gestopft hatte wurde erst später klar. Sehr schade, nettes Haus zu einem stolzen Preis mit nicht kritikfähigen Vermietern.
