Charming two-story canyon guest house next to main lodge in quaint and picturesque mountain village of Topanga. Wooded property on 3/4 acre with beautiful mountain and canyon views and lots of wildlife. Perfect for star gazing! Very short drive to hiking and biking trails, seasonal creek and village with several restaurants, post office, coffee shops and boutiques. Occupied main house also on property. No interaction needed.

California coast only 7 minute drive. Santa Monica and Malibu only 5-10 minutes further! Great for hiking, surfing & swimming. Many other activities and destinations nearby such as theme parks, horse back riding, boating, etc.

Charming, unique 2-story guest-house featuring 1 master bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub, kitchenette and cathedral ceiling in living room/office area above. Authentic wood beams and paneling, hardwood floors throughout, french doors to small patio area and lots of windows. Property may not be suitable for small children, elderly people or those with mobility issues.

Sleeps 3 maximum. Queen bed and double bed/pull-out couch in living room.

Shared laundry for longer stays. On-street parking for car. Beautiful patios equipped with lounge chairs, gas grills and firepit/bbq. Newly installed shared hot tub in larger back yard.

Wi-Fi and cable TV service included. Land line available in main house for emergency calls.

Lovely getaway
This is a lovely, tranquil spot that feels like the middle of nowhere, yet is 15 minutes from everything one might need and 5 minutes from great hiking trails. The guest house is comfortable and well-appointed, with a good amount of outdoor space and beautiful mountain views, and both the hosts and their pups are super friendly. I highly recommend a stay here!

Relaxing Holiday
We enjoyed our stay. It was nice having a bedroom and a separate sitting room. There was nothing negative except the weather - unseasonably cool and rainy.

Cozy Cliff Cabin
This is probably the most special property we have stayed at so far. The cabin, decor and amenities are exquisite as is the friendliness of our hosts. The cabin is nestled high on a cliff in the mountains with an incredible view and the bed is very comfortable.
