Within the "La Torre Golf Resort" with a total area of more than 1.400.000 m2, there are several restaurants, a supermarket, bank, hairdresser, private security, as well as playgrounds and tennis courts. Only 15 minutes drive from the beaches of the Mar Menor, Europe's largest salt water lagoon, with numerous water sports possibilities.

Great location

The urbanization is great, good golf course, and very safe 24/7 security, onsite supermarket. The townhouse had a lovely view overlooking the golf course. Communication with the area property manager was good, Rafael, always very quick to respond, prior to and after arrival. Bathrooms need a serious lighting update, very dismal. Basic furnishing but that was reflected in the price. Served our purpose.

We had an enjoyable stay at the property. The property is functional and in a nice location. The fittings are all original so it did look a little “tired” in places. The kitchen is pretty small and basic but functional. Only downside was the next door neighbours’ dog which barks every now and then

Lite møbler på terrassen oppe. Fikk ikke vaskemaskin til å virke. Servanten oppe må repareres. Proppen virket ikke, og vannet rant forferdelig sent ut.

location agréable

nous avons passé un agréable séjour. le complexe golf est très joli et vous pouvez trouver sur place un supermarché, et des restaurants que nous avons pas testé. il y a 16 piscines toutes accessibles . en revanche les abords ne sont pas terribles , très désertiques mais pas dérangeant si vous ne souhaitez pas visiter . Concernant la location elle est très bien pour 4 . au calme , il y a de la place à l'intérieur il ne manque rien et la clim est très appréciable ! il y a de très bon lits aussi .Pour améliorer un peu il faudrait aménager la terrasse du haut avec un parasol et 2 sièges de plus . et être juste un peu plus regardant sur les détails ( porte de douche cassée que nous avons bricolée pour plus de facilité, micro-onde en mauvais état et une tv qui fonctionne mais qui a due recevoir un choc car trace sur l'écran) c'est dommage car sans ces détails qui ne gênent en rien pour passer un bon séjour , la location aurait 5/5.
