The 1-room studio is on the mezzanine floor and has a large living-dining room with a box spring bed (180x200cm) and an integrated high-gloss fitted kitchen. The spacious shower room has a walk-in rain shower. The apartment is modern and fully equipped with all the utensils for a comfortable stay.
The apartment is in a very quiet residential street, where you can relax.
In the basement there is the swimming pool (free use, swimming cap required) and a sauna; the sauna coins are available in the house.
The balcony, equipped with high-quality garden furniture, extends across the entire width of the panoramic window.

Leises Haus, täglich mit dem Fahrrad gefahren, ca. 10 Minuten bis zum Strand. Wir haben uns erholt.

Einchecken problemlos, zu teuer für die Lage.

An schlafen nicht zu denken, laute Gespräche bis zum Morgengrauen auf den Nachbarbalkonen. Entfernung zum Centrum doch sehr weit.

Objektbeschreibung stimmte vollkommen, modern eingerichtet und alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Der Kontakt, trotz verspäteter Ankunft wegen Stau war sehr herzlich. Leider gab es ein paar laute Nachbarn, die selbst morgens gegen kurz nach 6 Uhr meinten sie seien alleine oder abends das uns ihre Musikrichtung interessiert. Aber hierfürkann der Vermieter ja nichts. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können das Objekt nur empfehlen
