About this property

Sankt Andreasberg is one of the highest winter sports resorts in the Upper Harz and offers everythin

Sankt Andreasberg is one of the highest winter sports resorts in the Upper Harz and offers everything a skier's and snowboarder's heart desires.

In these small but nice semi-detached houses for two people you can relax wonderfully after an exciting day in the mountains and loosen your tired muscles thanks to your private sauna. The semi-detached house has its own small terrace where you can soak up the sun and rest.

With the Matthias-Schmidt-Berg and the Sonnenberg, two of the most snow-sure skiing areas of the Oberharz are in the immediate vicinity of the vacation home. Here you will find slopes of all levels of difficulty for skiers and snowboarders. Thanks to a modern snowmaking system and professional slope preparation, ideal skiing conditions are ensured. Of course, in the winter sports resort of Sankt Andreasberg there are also several specialized stores that offer rental of ski equipment, toboggans and skates.

Of course, Sankt Andreasberg also has a well-developed, 44km long network of cross-country skiing trails for cross-country skiing enthusiasts with easy, medium and difficult tracks. Some of the circular trails lead directly along the vacation home village, so that you can literally start right in front of the front door - and at the end of the circuit happy but tired just a few steps away from the trail in your cozy house in the sauna or relax in front of the fireplace.

As a special attraction, Sankt Andreasberg can boast a snowtubing track that guarantees huge fun and thrills for children and adults as they hurtle down a groomed hill on large tires. There is also a tobogganing area here, which can also be used in the evening under floodlights. The romantic valleys and idyllic heights can also be explored on one of the many winter hikes with or without snowshoes that are offered in the village.

In the evening you can then make yourself really comfortable in the vacation home in front of the bio-ethanol fireplace What could be better than sitting in front of the fire after a fulfilling day in the snow and enjoying the panoramic view of the beautiful mountain landscape of the Upper Harz?

There are also countless opportunities for sporting or relaxing activities in summer: how about an adventure on the long summer toboggan run in St. Andreasberg? Beginners and advanced bikers will find many mountain bike trails in the area, including the longest continuous trail in Europe.

Not far from St. Andreasberg there is also the opportunity to let off steam in white water, whether rafting or kayaking. If you like it a bit quieter, you can of course also explore the beautiful Upper Harz on one of the many hiking trails. Some of them lead directly along the vacation home village, so you can start right outside the front door. Be it the traditional cow drive in June, the wild Walpurgis Night on April 30th or the famous deer calling world championships in September - there is always something going on here.

The vacation park is car-free - to each object belongs a parking lot, which is located above the facility. The way from the parking lot to the cottage must be walked. Both parties also have a storage room for common use - ideal for sports equipment. The house is accessible only by stairs (14 steps).

Cot/chair are provided free of charge upon request. The crib can be placed in the living area.

Wifi via external provider for a fee (payable by credit card).

Schöner Kurzurlaub
Schöne Wanderwege und weitere Angebote (Sommerrodelbahn) in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Sauna im Haus war ein Highlight.

Sehr gemütlich und sauber! Traumhafter Blick!
Alles, was man benötigt, ist vorhanden.
