Binz is awesome - but nicely furnished apartments are in short supply there. Binzprinz is different, because mass-produced goods are banned at Binzprinz. Instead, we rely on individuality, quality and durability from German, French and Swiss furniture manufacturers. The lamps are made in Italy, the oil paintings by Jurij Frey, a well-known contemporary painter from Stuttgart. Welcome to the Binzprinz: luxury and location

Binzprinz is conveniently located in the city center of Binz, directly opposite the Kurhaus, about 200 meters from the promenade and the Baltic Sea beach and 300 meters from the large beach bridge. Edeka and the main street with shops are all just around the corner on foot.

Sehr hübsch!

Erholung pur! Wohnung sehr edel ausgestattet. Nähe zum Strand und Promenade ist unschlagbar. Gerne wieder!

Ferienwohnung war wie erwartet. Sehr sauber. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief super. Hat alles einfach gut geklappt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung, kurze Wege zum Strand, zur Promenade und zum einkaufen. Highlight ist der eigene Strandkorb. Da sie im Zentrum ist, kann es manchmal etwas laut von der Straße her sein.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und haben alles genauso vorgefunden, wie es beschrieben wurde. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und designorientiert ausgestattet - von den Möbeln bis zum Geschirr. Die Küche hat alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Wir haben aber sehr oft in den vielen schönen Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe gegessen. Die Lage ist perfekt, kurzer Weg zum Strand und zum Strandkorb, der ja erfreulicherweise zur Wohnung gehört. Der Empfang und die gesamte Abwicklung war sehr gut organisiert und freundlich. Durch die ausführliche Erklärung im Vorfeld war alles sehr einfach und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank, dass wir die Wohnung nutzen durften - wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und die Wohnung unbedingt weiterempfehlen.
