Our Favorite Spot

This property is really special. It's surrounded by water on 3 sides. The property owner and manager are easy to work with and responsive. While we were there this summer, the property manager offered to take our trash barrels up to the street (above and beyond!). The home is comfortable for the 7 of us, but mostly we just love this quiet part of the lake. We also appreciate the variety of water toys supplied by the owner. It's a Winnipesaukee gem!

Perfect Peninsula on the Lake

Great property and amazing setting. Ron was responsive and easy to work with. We were able to dock our boat and pontoon easily and everyone had a great time and experience with the house and property.

Family time together

This home is situated on a truly beautiful point with the Lake on three sides and lovely granite all around. We were three generations together and enjoyed the kayaks, swimming, paddleboards, loons. The front patio is delightful and the umbrellas on the tables are very well designed to handle sun and wind so we could be there a lot of the time. When a power outage hit during a thunderstorm and the smoke alarms went off and wouldn't stop, the property manager was there to help immediately to help. Ron has mentioned the stairs and they are a challenge for an 82 year old with knee problems but well managed with my cane and the help of adult children. A good time was had by all.

Amazing lake house

You could not find a more picturesque setting than this beautiful home on Toltec Pt at lake Winny; private and serene, surrounded on all sides by water, and amazing lake access with private beach; a warm, updated, well maintained, super clean and spacious home, Ron and Pam have gone above and beyond with attention to detail and amenities, this was a one of a kind trip and property
