The beautiful and quiet 67 square meter apartment is located in the 2nd floor. OG in a renovated multi-family house in Warnemünde. The apartment is equipped with a spacious living room and two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cozy seating for four people. From here you have access to the balcony. They live quietly and yet close to the popular stroll. Warnemünde is a popular seaside resort. The wonderful wide sandy beach as well as the pedestrian mile can be reached in a few minutes. Warnemünde enjoys a very good infrastructure. Doctors, shopping possibilities (in the season also sundays) are in the place.

A parking space is located on the inner courtyard and can be reached by a tunnel entrance with an electric gate.

Comfortable apartment in a great location

This apartment is situated a short walk from the town centre and about 10 minutes walk from the thriving port area with its restaurants and bars (Am Strom). The property is situated in a quiet street with its own parking space - a real bonus as parking in the town for non-residents is not easy and is quite expensive. The railway station is just beyond Am Strom for trains to Rostock (well worth a visit) and beyond. There is an Edeka supermarket about 5 minutes walk from the flat and a Rewe supermarket about 5 minutes drive. The flat was comfortable with all the modern equipment you would expect to find. The balcony was great for breakfast in the morning being bathed in sun at that time and a cool spot for the evening when hot. There is plenty of storage space for clothes. On arrival we were met by our host, Marit, who was really friendly and helpful providing us with lots of information about the flat and the local area. We hope, Marit, you enjoy your visit to England as much as we enjoyed staying in your apartment. We had a great time. Thank you.

Wohlfühloase

Sehr freundliche und persönliche Ausstattung dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist perfekt und alle wichtigen Punkte (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ÖPNV/SPNV, Strand) sind bequem und schnell erreichbar. Auch der vorhandene Autostellplatz ist zu erwähnen. Vielen Dank an Gastgeber und Vermieter.

Super tolle Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage

Wir waren zu viert in der Ferienwohnung und uns hat es sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Die Wohnung liegt super. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man alles. Es hat alles so geklappt, wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Vermieterin Frau Jacoby.
