Best home at Winnipisaukee!
This is the fourth time we stay at this home. In our mind, there is no other place to stay at the Lake. The owner is a delight to work with! The house is perfect for a family stay. It's warm and homey with lots of toys for the little ones to play with. There's also kayaks, tubes, a canoe, and plenty for the adults to use and play with and a compressor to blow up floats, etc.! There is a closed in porch that is perfect to spend mornings and evenings in to relax. The open floor plan makes it easy for everyone to be together while playing, cooking, or watching t.v. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking. There is a full sized washer and dryer and plenty of towels and linens. There is a family of ducks that come to visit every day. The beach is perfect for playing and getting in and out of the water even for little ones. There's a large yard and firepit which got well used to cook marshmallows! There are fresh blueberry bushes near the dock. The dock has a large area at the end that is perfect for fishing and relaxing.I can't say enough about how wonderful this home and owner are. It is also close to Hannaford's for groceries, a children's museum in Meredith, as well as restaurants, shops, and Dewey's Ice Cream - a definite trip every year. While there is much to do nearby, you really won't want to leave the house. It truly is a home away from home with everything you could possibly want or need for a perfect vacation! I would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants the best Lake vacation possible!

Great week long winter getaway
We stayed here at the request of friends that had stayed before. They highly reccomended it, and i can see why! The description is 100% accurate, location is great and i wish we could have enjoyed the amenities more, but we was there for the ice fishing so we were outside more then we were inside. Very spacious house and clean as well. The views are absoloutely incredible. Everything you'd ever look for in a rental! We felt right at home the moment we arrived. You wont be dissapointed.

Family vacation
Our extended family of four adults and six children spent a wonderful week at this property. Everything in the listing was accurate and the house was very clean. We had everything we needed while on vacation. It was wonderful having linens provided. We all had plenty of space to spread out and the children loved having the finished basement to hang out in. The boats were wonderful to have. We used them every day. I would highly recommend this home to family and friends. We also hope to return for another vacation! Thanks to the owners for making us feel right at home and for all the helpful info.

Perfect vacation
My husband, daughter, son-in-law, son, daughter-in-law and 13-month old grandson spent a glorious week at this property. The house is beautiful, spacious, has a beautiful open floor plan, is clean and well kept, has every amenity you could hope for and then some. The pictures and description on the website can't possibly do it justice. There is a large well stocked kitchen, broom and linen closets with everything you could possibly need (loved not having to bring linens and towels as all but beach towels are available), kayaks, canoe, life jackets in all sizes, bikes, plenty of outdoor chairs even a child-sized one, a hammock and hammock chair both of which got used often, books, toys, puzzles, DVR's - you name it, it's there. The yard is spacious with a fire pit and we played many games of horseshoes. The access to the beach and dock are perfect especially for our newly walking grandson and myself who has mobility issues due to MS. The yard is spacious and flat and the beach is gradually sloped making it easy to get in to. The water is crystal clear. There is a family of ducks that visited every day much to the delight of our grandson. They even take the bread from your hand. We brought our own small motor boat which was easily moored and gotten in to and out of from the dock. The dock has a large area at the end where you can fish or pull up chairs to read or visit with family and friends. We fished every morning and every evening and took many a boat ride. The sunsets are glorious. The master bedroom suite has a slider to the deck, a large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower. Our grandson had his "tubby" in our tub every night as it was so big and had a seat for mommy to sit on to wash him. We spent many an evening relaxing on the screened in porch. The house having a walk out level, which had room to sleep another four people if needed, was ideal. There are full bathrooms on all levels, two on the main level. Even though there are many activities nearby, we had so much to do right there, we never left except to pick up groceries at a nearby Hannaford's or to go out to dinner once at Canoe which was excellent. The area nearby was great for walking and biking. The owners were an absolute delight to work with. They are so friendly and go out of their way to accommodate and communicate with you. I can't say enough about how wonderful this property is. We look forward to spending many more family vacations at this lovely property.
