At the entrance to the Northern Black Forest is the 3-room apartment in Birkenfeld in the picturesque Enz Valley. The apartment was newly renovated and furnished in 2014. With approx. 62sqm, the apartment offers enough space for 4-5 people. The equipment is exemplary, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, 40 'flat screen TV - everything is ready for you. The wellness bath with bathtub invites you to relax. Of course there is also a sep. Guest toilet. The apartment is in a very quiet residential building with only 7 units on a side street. In a few minutes you can reach the town center with numerous restaurants, shops, two pharmacies and much more. Public transport can be reached on foot in three minutes. Bus and train station guarantee a perfect connection. Parking is possible in front of the house. It is about a 10-minute drive to the A8 motorway (Pforzheim WEST junction).

Schöne Wohnung zum günstigen Preis

Die Wohnung liegt nahe an der S-Bahn und damit sehr günstig für alle Ziele im Großraum KA-PF. Für 3 - 4 Erwachsene völlig ausreichend, alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Kontakt zum Vermieter und Check In völlig unproblematisch. Fazit: für einen Städteurlaub wirklich zu empfehlen

Empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung!

Die Wohnung war sauber, der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig. Eine wichtige Information für das Inserat fände ich allerdings, dass es eine Keller-Wohnung ist, die entsprechend kühl ist. Im Kinderzimmer liegen die Fenster schon halb in einem Lichtschacht, im Schlafzimmer gerade noch über der Erde. An einem heißem Wochenende hat uns das nicht weiter gestört, aber wer Kellerwohnungen nicht mag, sollte das vorher wissen. In allen anderen Punkten würden wir diese Wohnung weiter empfehlen!
