Life is beautiful and an adventure! We invite you to make your stay enjoyable and memorable in one of our private residences. Our lifestyle is all about having our traveling shoes on & travel apps downloaded for a quick jaunt at a moment’s notice. We primarily live and work in Los Angeles, and decided to open up our homes in: New York, Palm Springs, and Buenos Aires for short term rental stays. What started out as letting friends and family crash in our space while we were away, has turned into an enjoyable experience that has connected us to people from all over the world. We love sharing our space with people who appreciate our taste and style. It’s been very gratifying for us.

We’ve staged and outfitted each space as though we are going to live there full time. With that being said, we enjoy the some finer things in life; a fully stocked kitchen with loads of kitchen gadgets, espresso machines, quality linens and bedding with fluffy pillows that compliment a lux memory foam mattress’, plant based shampoos and conditioners, technology driven systems and most of all convenience. Our passion for great locations, architecture, and interior design is inspired by our travels to beautiful and remote places, access to design showrooms and designers. And, most of all, the luxury of having access to some of the world’s most beautiful architectural and designer homes through selling real estate in Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills and Hancock Park.

Charming and quiet oasis in the center of the city.

We loved this apartment! is Quiet and sunny, perfect for a family of 4. We all had our own spaces to retreat after a busy day walking the city. I loved the location. Close to everything and with lots of transportation options. You are a short walk away from Recoleta, museums, shopping centers, etc.

The apartment is well equipped with everything you can possibly need. Also, the building manager is your contact so that is a plus since he is there everyday so he can help you with any issues you might have and also he knows the neighborhood very well so he was very useful recommending grocery stores, places to eat and general logistics .

Highly recommend this place!

Awesome apartment!

What a great apartment in Buenos Aires! Excellent location, responsive owners, beautiful modern floorplan. No regrets with staying here! Beautiful private courtyard accessed from floor to ceiling glass from the living room and the master bedroom. And, best mattress I have ever slept on in my international travels. Cannot say enough good things.

Perfect for our family of 4 to explore BA!

We would go back in a second! The apartment is exactly as advertised. Decorated well, plenty of room, easy to live in. The location is great. We were within walking distance of many sites, including the prettiest parks, and it was easy to get a taxi, if needed. The neighborhood markets, banks, and restaurants were all friendly, close, affordable, and easy to use. The prices in the neighborhood were so much less than in tourist areas and Palermo. We would recommend trying the wonderful places within walking distance. We went with our12 and 14 year old daughters and they each had space to spread out in the upstairs area.

Lastly, we had one minor concern while visiting, and it was fixed immediately. Diego, who takes care of the building, was always helpful and friendly. The building is very safe, and we never felt concerned. Our security deposit was timely refunded.

I would recommend this apartment for every traveler!

Perfect spot to land

Great apartment with plenty of amenities and well-stocked kitchen. It was a great location and close to the Subte to get to all parts of the city. The apartment is private and quiet with a great little patio. However, the patio is really owned by the pigeons, so better for viewing than for sitting in! The onsite doorman was very helpful.

Location Location Location

Very nice apartment and is perfect during your stay in the beautiful city of Buenos Aires. The apartment is walking distance to anything you might need from shops, restaurants, coffee shops and even a Starbucks (if you need to). The apartment was clean and ready to use when we checked in with all the modern amenities. We did a lot of walking and did catch a cab when we needed which was very easy to do. Their are many grocery stores within walking distance from small ones to even the larger ones for whatever you might need. We also found a good place to eat just down the block Los Pinos a very good neighborhood restaurant with very good food and the staff was excited to speak English to our group even though we all spoke Spanish. Bake shops everywhere and it was hard to stay away but we did manage to stop in a few times to enjoy. The apartment has everything you might need but we did experience a slight problem with the wifi but after contacting Rueben it was quickly fixed and no problems after that. The Porter onsite was very helpful and always around if we needed him but his hours are pretty set so you might want to clarify what those are when you arrive. I would agree their is a lot of paper work but I must say that Rueben or his staff provide the best customer service and take pride in making sure all your questions are answered timely. We did use the laundry up the street and they provided a great service as well. Very safe neighborhood and we never hesitated to walk around both during the day and at night. Banks and ATM's are a few blocks away so plan accordingly. We do plan on returning to BA in the future and will look into staying here again! Enjoy!

Great location

This ground floor apartment is located in the heart of Recoleta, very close to all the sights, including the famous cemetery. It is surrounded by shops where you can find fruit, cheese, wine and beer, as well great little coffee shops and fabulous restaurants. The subte (subway) is an easy 10 min walk away, and from there you can easily navigate all around Buenos Airies.

The apartment is safe and secure and located on a quiet street. Being at the back of the building, it is very quiet with little ambient noise from the street or other residents. It is well laid out and very comfortable. There is a beautiful inner courtyard that let's in natural light and is lovely to look out on. Rueben was very helpful and responsive. There is a lot of paper work required ahead of time, which I guess is there to protect us as much as him, but was much more than we needed anywhere else. Our only small complaint is the patio had too much pigeon poop to be able to enjoy it as we would have liked to. Despite that I'd highly recommend this quiet gem.

  • The master bathroom and guest bathroom have been fully renovated and both feature tub/shower combination. Furnished with Turkish towels and the best appointments, there is plenty of room for 4 people getting ready in the morning.

  • Four guests can be accommodated comfortably in the property’s two bedrooms. The master suite features a designer white leather king-size bed and can be separated from the rest of the apartment with the close of a door. It also has floor to ceiling doors and windows that open up to the private ZEN terrace with water fountain and fireplace. The walls also feature artwork that has been specially commissioned for the room. Huge floor to ceiling custom closets will hold even the most ambitious wardrobes. The second lofted bedroom is accessed through its own stairs and features a queen-sized bed with its own custom closets. It is completely private from the Master Suite and has warm wood floors. The property features two beautifully renovated full-sized bathrooms so sharing will not be an issue. Each bedroom is luxuriously furnished with Egyptian cotton sheets and plush, soft Turkish towels. 1 additional person may be accommodated in the office area with the twin sized cushion.
