The Peral in Cas Concos is a two-storey row house with lots of natural light, which is in line with two other new buildings. It was charming tastefully decorated, with touches of color and bold ideas. From the entrance hall leads to an open living and dining room, where there is also access to the pool area. There is a well equipped kitchen with a small breakfast table and a pantry. A side door leading to the pool area and another to a household area where the washing machine. Furthermore, on the ground floor one bedroom with separate shower room. A staircase leads to the first floor. From here and from the bedroom opens onto a large terrace. The ideal place to withdrawn to read your favorite book or take a private sunbathing. Altogether there are three bedrooms on the upper floor; a double room with private bathroom and two double bedrooms that share a separate bathroom.



All bedrooms have air conditioning hot / cold with defined working hours (from 22 00 to 09 00h.).



Outdoor area

The outdoor area is tiled and fenced. Actually, you may be talking about a large terrace, - (. 5m x 3m, depth min 1. 0 m, max 1. 40 m..) But to the delight of tourists after all, a small pool has a brick barbecue and a large table where you can enjoy al fresco dining wonderful. Sunbeds are available at the pool and on the terrace on the top floor available.
