Pet Friendly, fully fenced, 1 level cottage, off street parking, 1 block to the beach. Room air conditioning units let you set temp to your specific needs. Large yard, quiet street. Outdoor shower with H/C water. Washer/Dryer, Grill, Beach Chairs, Umbrellas

Special rates and packages COLUMBUS DAY WEEKEND, THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS WEEK, NEW YEAR'S EVE, MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND (already booked), LABOR DAY WEEKEND.

The Maine Cottage is "pet friendly" and fully fenced so you can enjoy your vacation with the entire family. The 1300 sq ft cottage is 1 level making it easy access for all ages.

The Maine Cottage is heated and has air conditioning for year round enjoyment, so get a head start on the summer by booking a Spring or June vacation, or let the Summer linger into the long quiet days of September and the Fall.

Winter Rental availability starts mid October 2022 thru April 30, 2023-

Due to CoVid, most renters prefer bringing their own sheets and towels. All mattress covers and bedspreads are freshly wash for all new guests. If you can't bring your own sheets and towels, there is a fee of $25 per bed. Please let me know if you need this service. There are 3 king, 2 twin and 1 full pull out couch.

Enjoyable stay at the Maine Cottage

We had a good time staying at the Maine Cottage. We loved the location, and the ability to bring our dog along. Being able to take an outside shower was lovely, and having access to the boogie boards for the kids was a nice bonus. My suggestions would be to take some time to maintain the back yard and grills, and do a deeper clean of the floors and under furniture. I know it’s hard with the quick turn- around time between renters, but a certain level is expected with paying a cleaning fee on top of the rental fee. Overall it had a fun beach house feel, and we enjoyed our trip down to Seaside Park.

Great location, nice neighborhood, house was very clean.

Great property for a weekend fishing trip by the shore. Enjoyed the communal layout of the home and private backyard. The large driveway was also a bonus. Walking distance to beach and boardwalk. Overall great stay, would stay again!

Family friendly cottage

The location was great..we saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The fenced in yard was large and well used by our dog and great for relaxing in. The 4 bedroom were very comfy. A good week at the shore. Thank you.
