About this property

Casa Euphoria offers breathtaking sea views from its romantic garden terrace. It is equipped with every comfort Wifi, satellite TV, CD player included.
From the large garden you enter a light-flooded and well-equipped kitchen, to the right a bathroom with a nice shower, toilet and sink and on the left an open bedroom join. Behind it lies - in the basement - a large bedroom, the king-size bed has a new quality mattress. The apartment has a dining area with umbrella right outside the door - with great views of the valley and the sea. The large garden on two levels, which one shares with the possible tenants of Casa Amelia, invites you to relax, play games and barbecues.

The back bedroom has no window, only a small opening for ventilation. But he offers in the summer months pleasant cool (air conditioner).
Casa Euphoria also gets cozy and warm in the cooler months - it is conveniently priced with two modern and clean stoves based on wood pellets (easy to use).

Ruhe und Entspannung

In dem malerischen Dorf kann man eine herrliche Auszeit genießen. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Angaben und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wenn man mit Freunden verreist, sollte man keine Berührungsängste haben, in der Wohnung bekommt man alles voneinander mit :) wem das nichts ausmacht - los geht's ... Man kann toll wandern, im Naturteich in der Nähe baden oder Imperia und die Umgebung erkunden. Wer hier Urlaub macht, mag es ruhig, für einen klassischen Strandurlaub wäre uns das Meer zu weit weg ... Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Einfach und ruhig

Um sich richtig wohl zu fühlen, sollte es schon etwas wärmer sein als in diesem April. Der Platz braucht Sonne, und sommerliche Wärme. Villatalla ist sehr hoch gelegen und allein deshalb kühler, dafür aber frei von touristischem Rummel. Die Gastgeberin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was man ernstlich bedenken sollte: Die Planung der Zufahrtstraße stammt noch aus den Zeiten der kleinen Autos!

Einfach schön!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Casa Euphoria. Das Appartement ist stilvoll und die Lage in dem traumhaft schönen Ort Villa Talla genial. Das Klima war viel angenehmer als im Tal direkt an der Küste, wo es sehr schwül war. Im nach hinten gelegenen Schlafzimmer war es auch an heißen Tagen sehr angenehm. Vor Ort gibt es einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen, Wanderwege quasi vor der Tür sowie einen verwunschenen Badesee im Wald in der Nähe. Es sei auf jeden Fall empfohlen in dem Restaurant Casamagni direkt nebenan zu essen. Köstlich! Gleichzeitig ist z.B. Imperia mit seinen Stränden und Supermärkten, die sogar sonntags geöffnet haben, mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Ein kleines Auto ist aber angesichts der engen Gassen auf jeden Fall von Vorteil und man sollte wegen der Steigungen im Ort gut zu Fuß sein. Dann wird man mit einem sehr schönen Urlaub belohnt. Vielen Dank!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick auf Tal und Meer

Abseits vom Trubel der Küste (die man in einer knappen halben Stunde erreicht) ist man schnell eingebunden in ein noch intaktes ligurisches Dorfleben - zwei Restaurants bieten entsprechende Spezialitäten. Die ausgebaute "cantina" bietet einen auch im Hochsommer kühlen Schlafraum und den nötigen Komfort, von der Terrasse hat man einen sagenhaften Blick.

Herrlich gelegene Unterkunft in Ligurien

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Villatalla sehr genossen - ganz besonders und immer wieder den fantastischen Ausblick ins Prino-Tal und das Meer! Und nicht zu vergessen: Im hevorragenden Restaurant "Casamagni", was sich gerade ums Eck befindet, haben wir so gut gegessen!! Danke - wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt!
