Have you ever been to a place at night where the stars were so close you felt like you could reach out and touch them? Where you can wake up to the sounds of a running mountain river? If you’re lucky you just might see a great Bald Eagle swoop down from the cliffs. Well, if you want to go some place where nature, quiet, and privacy is important. Then you’ve got to visit the Little Red Tree House on the beautiful Little Red River. Near Heber Springs, Ar., Located in the exclusive Wildflower Subdivision nestled up against the cliffs of the Spring Mountains.

Just think, your own 8 acres and over 200 yards of riverfront. Our dock sits on a hole for pole fishing. We are also 25 yards up river from the famous Libby Shoals, which is absolutely fantastic for fly-fishing.

We have free WIFI and TV with Apple TV.
We offer 4 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms in a spacious 2500 sq. foot home with massive wrap around deck and 8 acres for complete privacy.

The Little Red River is 32 miles of world-class trout stream and home of the world record German Brown Trout (40 lb 4 oz). Four species of trout can be caught - Rainbows, Browns, Cut-throats and Brookies. At the Little Red, you can fly-fish, use artificial lures or live bait. Drive about ten minutes and you are at Greers Ferry Lake. This clean, clear-water 40,000 acre lake is home of the world record Walleye (22 lb 11 oz) and Hybrid Striped Bass (27 lb 5 oz).

The lake also serves as a playground for all kinds of water sports. Eighteen parks around the shoreline provide modern campgrounds, boat launches, swim areas and marinas. Fantastic diving in the crystal clear waters of Greers Ferry Lake.

Even though we are on 8 acres, we do have neighbors and excessive noise especially after 9pm will not be tolerated. Fireworks are prohibited.

Checkout: Remove all trash from house. Must be bagged and put in outside trash bins. Run dishwasher. Please put all dirty towels in Laundry room.

Hot tub: 4 person limit. Children must be accompanied by adult.. No pets in hot tub. Security deposit forfeited if pet hair found in hot tub.

Family Time

Always a pleasure staying at this location. The property is perfect for a large family. Family played kickball in the field and caught several fish. We look forward to staying at this location every year.

Perfectly beautiful

The best vacation rental ever. Everything was so nice and beautiful. This place really does have everything. My granddaughters loved the attic room, hot tub and wide open play space. The dock and water is absolutely perfect. Set up so that you have everything at your disposal.

Great weekend

This property is simply amazing. This the second time we stayed there and we will stay there next year too. The only suggestion I would give is the stairs leading down to the dock needs hand rails all the way down and since I’m 65 years old I was nervous about falling

We stayed four nights and it wasn’t enough! The view is every bit as amazing as the picture, in fact the picture doesn’t do it justice. The property is clean, well maintained, and has everything you will need for relaxing stay. Suzie is an an awesome host who is as hands on as she needs to be or as hands off as you want. She responds promptly and professionally to every need and even gave us a list of suggestions for local cuisine. The only thing she can’t do is make the fish bite 😁. We we’re not very lucky in that department but enjoyed ourselves tremendously anyway and will most likely be back for another visit and yes I would recommend this cozy little cabin to friends and family.

Great getaway

This was our second time to stay at the little red treehouse. We had a great time. Did a fly fishing trip with Rouse Flyfishing. Such a great property, in a quiet neighborhood on the river. Will stay again!

Our parents purchased this property in the late nineties and we have enjoyed bringing our family here for many years. We love sharing our home with folks that want to come and enjoy all the offerings of the area and the wonderful trout fishing right off our dock.

You will not see your neighbors. We have private hot tub overlooking the river and the home is supplied with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We have ceiling fans to keep you cool and it has a beautiful view of the river and property.
Also the hot tub on the deck, the woodburning fireplace and we supply the wood.
Eight private acres means there is plenty of room for the kids to run and play.

Our brand new 900 sq foot dock with your own boat slip.
4 bedrooms and 2 full baths means there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out.
Comfy beds and high quality sheets.
Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes and every cooking gadget you could need.
