Top floor of two story luxury condominium located in beautiful Lake San Marcos. Excellent views of the mountains, lake and city; quiet and very private. 1200 sq.feet; unit has 9ft ceilings, quality furnishings and a view from every window.

Lake San Marcos is a private planned community ideally located to enjoy all of southern California's's attractions..yet comfortably secluded on its own mile long lake just north of the heart of San Diego. We are only 15 minutes from beautiful beaches and close to Legoland, Carlsbad outlet stores and Costco.

Lake San Marcos executive (par 58) golf course is blocks from the condo and tennis is within walking distance. 'Restaurant row' is a five minute drive and there is a local cafe and shopping just down the hill. We have a secure 2 car garage and Lake San Marcos has its own 24 hour security patrol.

Perfect vacation home!

This was the perfect spot to settle into for our vacation! The condo had everything we needed to feel at home and gave us easy access to all of the activities and venues of San Diego, one of our favourite cities. Thank you Carolyn!

Great condo with spectacular views

The condo was magnificent and exceeded our expectations. Carolyn and Ralph were very accommodating and responsive. The condo is clean, charming and tastefully decorated. The hosts go above and beyond to stock everything you might need, including basic food stuffs, hair dryer, etc. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon. Highly recommended!

Snowbird escape

Everything was as advertised. Condo was clean and well setup. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful landscaping, Convenient to places to buy groceries and eat out. Definitely would rent again.

Luxuty Condo

This is a luxury condo with an abundance of features and all the amenities you need. It's an end unit with a spacious master bedroom, adequate second bedroom, good bathrooms, nice study, dining area, well equipped kitchen with breakfast area and attractive living room.It's located about half way up a high hill, faces east and offers scenic views of the Lake San Marcos Community and Palomar Mountains from the kitchen and living room with it's balcony with table and chairs. There also is a balcony off the master bedroom which connects to the dining area via another sliding glass door.The floor plan is really genius given it's approximate 1200 square feet. Plenty to see and do in North San Diego County and San Diego about 45 or so miles away. ,

We are a retired couple who was looking for a place in California to spend part of the year. We found Lake San Marcos and then this fabulous condo. We have furnished it to our high standards and treat it as a 'home away from home'. We visit twice a year for maintenance and updating and have a helpers who take care of it when we are away.

VERY QUIET YET CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. Pool is across street, walk to 6 tennis courts just blocks from condo. Executive course 3 blocks, Country Club, 6 blocks.
