This modern holiday home is situated directly by the sea, on a verge of a bay, on the island of Korcula. Only a few meters separate you from the sea. The house is perfect for three bigger families, who wish to relax in comfortable and luxurious environment. The interiors are furnished in a modern way and fitted out in pleasant harmony of colours and light. The house comprises three accommodation units connected by external stairs. Each unit is fully equipped and has a pretty terrace with magnificent panoramic view on the sea. On the ground floor, there are three spacious terraces with quality garden furniture and sunbeds made of wood and foam. On the first terrace, there is a refreshing swimming pool, while right below there is a terrace with sunbeds and whirlpool for six persons, perfect for unwinding. The third terrace is right by the sea and has a brick barbeque, refrigerator for drinks, wooden table and benches for evening gatherings, barbequing and socializing. There is also a corner for children with a small table and benches. On the terrace behind the house, there is table tennis and darts for evening entertainment. As the holiday home is located by the sea, there are two kayaks at guests’ disposal, with which you can visit the surrounding area, explore small islands and hidden bays. If you have a boat, in front of the house there is also a berth available. The house has its own cemented plateau where guests can sunbathe and swim in the sea. Only a few minutes of walk away, there are two local restaurants offering sea food specialties, which we recommend trying. For additional fun, there are two public beach volleyball fields, basketball field and mini football.

Just below you will find a terrace with sun loungers and the jacuzzi for 6 people. On the third terrace, just by the sea, there is the stone barbecue, as well as a drinks fridge. On the existing wooden tables and benches you can sit and eat together wonderfully. There is also a children's corner with a small table and benches. On the terrace behind the house you can find table tennis and darts, where you can hold friendly and entertaining vacation competitions in the evenings. In addition to the boat mooring, you also have two kayaks at your disposal, with which you can explore the surroundings and the many hidden bays. On the concrete plateau you can swim and sunbathe. Just a few minutes walk away you can enjoy fish specialties in two restaurants. In addition, for the active vacationers there are also two open playgrounds with beach volleyball, handball and mini soccer.
