This beautiful secluded home offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation with privacy and well-being. The bright and comfortably furnished rooms make a stylish impression and invite you to spend some quality time with your family. Entertain yourself in the games room by playing billiards or darts and spend relaxing hours in the lounge room. In the evening you will find additional relaxation in the sauna.

Besides the stylish and modern interior of the house, you also get a large natural plot with comfortable facilities such as swimming pool, jacuzzi and sunbathing lawn. The outdoor area is designed as a Mediterranean park and offers a variety of sports and children's facilities for the whole family.

From the house to the nearest beach you are separated by only 800 meters. Martinska beach is surrounded by a pine forest and offers a beautiful view of the town of ?ibenik. From here you can reach ?ibenik by boat in a few minutes. You will stay 3 km from the town beach of Jadrija. Apart from the beautiful beaches, in the summer season you can find here several restaurants, cafes, pizzeria and a pastry store, a small store and a bakery. For cultural trips you can visit Vodice, 8 km away, or ?ibenik, 12 km away. Also visit the breathtaking waterfalls in Krka National Park and experience the paradise islands in Kornati National Park.
