The apartment for up to 3 people is located on the upper floor of a detached two-family house and is characterized by open, bright rooms and upscale furnishings. The spacious living area with fireplace is immediately adjoined by a dining area with a view over the spacious balcony terrace to the south. The modern kitchen is equipped with all associated equipment, dishes and cutlery are sufficiently available. The bathroom has a floor-level shower, a toilet and underfloor heating. Fast WiFi is available as well as a cot and high chair for staying with small children. Around the building are the usable green areas with a lawn and herb garden, a cozy gazebo, several relaxing seating areas and an inviting beach chair, as well as an adjacent body of water with a jetty and rowing boat. There are grill options both on the balcony terrace using an electric grill and in the garden using a charcoal grill. Although designated as a non-smoking apartment, smoking is possible on the balcony terrace and in the garden area. There are enough parking spaces for motor vehicles and parking spaces for bicycles on the property. The apartment has a separate staircase from the entrance area of the house.
Upon request for a minimum stay of 1 week or more, a separate bedroom (room approx. 25 sqm / bed 180 x 200) can be provided at an additional cost.
