The living rooms are fitted with new wallpaper, and the walls have a fresh coat of white paint. Flat includes: shower room with washbasin, toilet, separate guest toilet, new kitchenette, ceramic range, convection oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, 3 separate bedrooms, each with 2 90x200-cm individual beds (some can be combined into double beds), 1 separate bedroom with a bunk bed (90x200 cm) that's perfect for kids, living room with a dining table for up to 10 people, comfortable sitting area with 2 integrated 90x200-cm beds, and closets and racks in the bedrooms. The flat is especially ideal because of its central location in Altona. It is also very peaceful, with a view of the park.

Toller Urlaub

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und hat eine perfekte Lage um in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hafen und nach St. Pauli zu gelangen. Die Betten/Matratzen waren hervorragend so dass man sehr gut schlafen konnte. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen in der Struenseestr. in Hamburg.

Mega Lage mit ein paar Abstrichen

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist mega gut. Man erreicht das wichtigste innerhalb 2-3 S-Bahn Stationen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch in der Nähe. Bei der Unterkunft muss man sich auf eine einfache Einrichtung einstellen, die schon abgenutzt aussieht. Bei den Küchenutensilien ist das ein oder andere kaputt oder die Messer nicht sehr scharf. Was klasse war das es Seife, Gewürze und sogar Kaffee gab. Was wir vermisst haben sind mehr Abdunklungsmöglichkeiten in den Schlafzimmern und auch in der Küche/Esszimmer. Es sind überall nur Vorhänge dran die nicht richtig abdunkeln. Ein Zimmer hat eine Glastüre und oben Richtung Decke ein Fenster in das das Licht des Ess- und Wohnzimmer rein scheint wenn jemand länger wach bleibt. In der Küche ist kein Vorhang dran. Jeder der hinter dem Haus ist, sieht komplett in die Wohnung rein. Das kl. Schlafzimmer neben der Küche mit Hochbett ist sehr klein und man hat keinen Schrank, Belüftungsmöglichkeit und Abdunklungsmöglichkeit und man sieht durch ein Fenster von der Küche aus in das Zimmer rein. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super. Er hat sich gleich um meine Anliegen gekümmert. Bettwäsche, Handtücher waren genügend vorhanden und es gab sogar ein Fön bzw Schrank wo noch Handtücher etc drin waren. Das war wirklich spitze. Wir haben zu 7 in der Wohnung gelebt und fanden 1 WC und ein Bad mit WC ausreichend. Bei 11 Personen könnte das morgens aber zu etwas Stau führen.

Alles bestens

Preis Leistung war wie erwartet. Einfaches, aber gut geschnittenes Apartment. Sauberkeit absolut in Ordnung. Lage perfekt an der S Bahn und vieles einfach fußläufig erreichbar. Kleinigkeiten wie einige Türklinken waren etwas beschädigt, was aber nicht tragisch war.

Top Lage, dennoch ruhig, empfehlenswert!!!

Ein gelungener Aufenthalt, besonders wegen supergutem Check In, toller , ruhiger Wohnung mit entschiedenen Basiseinrichtungen. Einzig fehlten uns scharfe Messer und ausreichend Gläser. Diese Thematik konnten wir direkt mit dem , sich als zuständig bezeichnetem Reinigungsdienst besprechen und ist bestimmt schon behoben. Negativ war das bezahlbare Angebot eines zweiten PKW- Parkplatz. Die schale Tordurchfahrt war zu eng!!!
