Nothing combines the idea of a quiet, nature-conscious and stylish way of living with the peculiarity of the Baltic Sea coast better than living under thatch.

The cozy thatched roof house, built in 2015 with 140sqm of living space, has an inviting open living and kitchen area with connection to the terrace and the garden. On the ground floor is the 1st Bathroom with shower, toilet incl. Washing machine. The house is designed for up to 8 adults and 1 toddler. A staircase leads to the 4 bedrooms, the 2nd Bathroom with toilet, shower & bath tub, upstairs. The house is located 650m from the Baltic Sea beach and about 15 minutes walk from the city center, which offers you an optimal mix between tranquility and proximity to attractions.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit Sauna

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Familienwochenende in diesem sehr gemütlichem Ferienhaus verlebt. das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlt nichts. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und ist bei Fragen sofort erreichbar. Rerik ist ein toller Ort zu jeder Jahreszeit!! Wir können dieses Objekt nur empfehlen.

Ideal fü

Das gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtete Ferienhaus (mit vielen schönen Fotos des Besitzers von der Umgebung) ist ideal für Urlaub mit Freunden (wir waren zu sechst) bzw. einer großen Familie. Die Küchenausstattung bietet alles was benötigt wird und Bose-Lautsprecher waren selbst in den Badezimmer installiert. Ein weiteres Highlight war die für ein Ferienhaus recht große Sauna. Für alle, die gerne Fisch essen, können wir das urige Restaurant Weinhold in Rerik sehr empfehlen. Die Lage erlaubt Tagesausflüge u.a. nach Wismar, Kühlungsborn oder Rostock, das Radwegesystem ist bestens und ein schöner Wanderweg führt an der Steilküste entlang. Zudem gibt es Strand, Strand, Strand. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter, Herrn Lüdtke, funktionierte bestens und fix. Vor dem Aufenthalt erhielten wir eine umfangreiche Broschüre zum Haus, zur Anreise und der Umgebung, er begrüßte uns persönlich und nach der Abreise schickte er uns als "Andenken" ein ansprechendes Video. Vielen Dank. Wir können das Haus nur emphehlen.

Perfekt für den Familienurlaub!

Wir haben einen 3-Generationen-Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus verlebt. Uns hat es allen gefallen - vom vier Monate alten Baby, über die Eltern bis zu Oma und Opa. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet und bietet mit vier Schlafzimmern, von denen wir drei genutzt haben, genug Raum, um sich zurück zu ziehen, aber in dem luftigen Küchen-und-Wohnbereich auch Platz, um Zeit miteinander zu verbringen. In 11 Minuten ist man an den Strand spaziert. Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend und auf jeden unserer Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit - Wir empfehlen Sie gern weiter und kommen ebenso gern wieder!

Winter an der Ostsee

Das moderne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus bot genug Platz für 7 Erwachsene (3 Paare und 1 Einzelperson), sodass ein freudvolles familiäres Miteinander leicht möglich war. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, ebenfalls geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Alles, was gebraucht wurde, war da, und die Schränke hatten noch genug Kapazität für Mitgebrachtes. Das Haus ist noch ziemlich neu und ausgeprochen gepflegt. Zum Meer ist es nicht weit, sodass ausgedehnte Spaziergänge am Strand wentlicher Bestandteil unseres Aufenthaltes unter dem Motto "Winter am Meer" sein konnten. Wir hatten eine durch und durch gelungene Auszeit aus dem Alltag.
