About the property

well equipped holiday house up to 4 people in a quiet, former fishing village for rent. The private pool and large sun terrace with sea and mountain views guarantee a relaxing holiday in a familiar togetherness or with the family. WIFI. The plot is almost invisible. A separate guest toilet in the house, and a solar-heated outdoor shower provide pleasant comfort. Washing machine and dishwasher are available.

The sea is about 300m .In Poris there is a small sandy beach, Bademolen, restaurants, supermarkets, beach cafe, pharmacy and a car rental.

Various sports such as diving, surfing, kite surfing, golf, climbing are also possible in the area, such as hiking above the sea or in the mountains. There also invite rustic bodegas and Pubs invite you to traditional tasting.

The airport is 15 minutes' drive away. The transport connection by public transport is very good, the next bus stop about 150 meters away.

Great chalet with most of the luxuries

The host (Elke) was very welcoming. We missed the turn and could not find the place so she came to find us. She was thoughtful about our little one and brought some toys. We loved the house ans the area. We found the swimming pool kids friendly and recommend hiring a car so that you can make a base here but explore what the Tenerife has to offer. A lovely chalet and we are already considering for our second retreat here at Poris De Abona.

Beautiful house

Beautiful house with everything you would need - great views and walks in the local area and there is a good bus service to take you around the island if you don't drive. There is a local supermarket with all the essentials and Elke lives opposite and is very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

Well equipped house, gardens and pool. Perfect for a relaxing holiday, or a base to explore Tenerife

Detached private very well equipped house, gardens and pool. Had a very relaxing week. The local supermarket had everything we needed at good prices. The owner lives close by if ever needed, very good transport links too with a very short walk to the main bus route to airport, Santa Cruz or Costa Adeje and in between.

If you are travelling without a car this is the place for you. Not only is the villa spacious and comfortable but the pretty little harbour is a moments walk away as is the shop which has a terrific butchers and is well stocked with everything you need. The walk down the path through the lush gardens to the secluded outdoor shower is a delight. Showering in the open air was a high spot for me. The bus service is second to none, travelling around the island was a breeze. We cooked at home most nights but there are a couple of restaurants in the village ,including a busy little tapas bar which we loved. Elke was great and was there is we needed her.

Comfortable, well equipped accommodation in a quiet location with all the facilities necessary for a relaxing holiday. Private swimming pool is a bonus. The owner lives just across the road and is on hand if required. Poris is not on the main tourist trail, which is a big plus for us. It is very convenient for the motorway and less than 20 minutes drive to the airport.However, there are only a few restaurants, mainly serving seafood, but Cafe A Mar, a tiny, delightful Tapas Bar is highly recommended, although it can be very busy.

We hope to return for a further stay in Elke Wolff's holiday house.
