it was perfect
we enjoyed, close to the beach and pool
The property listing was accurate. Plenty of towels. Great space for family of 5. Great property great location. I would definitely recommend.
Pros: It has everything you need except food and body products. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, WiFi, hairdryer, ice maker, coffee pot, etc. Carport was nice as it started rainng right when we pulled in and I was able to get our bikes and luggage inside without everything getting soaked.
Neighborhood was very nice and we were about 15 yards from the pool and tennis court.
Cons: Bathroom is very small but gets the job done. It also looked dirty and we had to clean it. Kitchen table wasn't clean either. Like others said the place felt outdated.
Overall we had a nice experience and would stay there again.
Condo was just a little too far from the beach and details before renting made it sound much closer.
😁This property is located in a good place. And has a lot of amenities. I would Stay here again.
Run down, outdated, malodorous, with bad management
Upon approaching the property, our party was slightly disappointed that the outside looked a bit run down. We arrived early so the code didnt work to allow us entry yet. Fair enough, so we decided to walk around the property to check out the back yard. The sliding glass door was left slightly ajar, so we walked in. MUCH to our horror, the inside of the home had such a strong "dead animal stench" that we soon began looking for the dead animal in hopes of rectifying this situation. Although we were unable to locate the dead animal, we did locate an empty rat trap and a glue trap with poison bate on it, which caused us to believe a rat had probably eaten the bate and is dead in the wall. The inside of the home was dark, dated, and just appeared unkempt as well, although nothing was actually outright dirty. We also had maintenance come with an ozone machine, but that didnt work. Finally, we called the emergency line for Emerald Coast Vacation and left a message. An hour later, after no return call, we called again and got who we think was the head of maintenance (maybe Andrew) and wow, his human relations skills were poor. His tone was edgy and sharp, and he made excuses instead of any effort to help. What a disappointment and shock. He does not need to have contact with the public if he cannot manage his defensiveness better than he did. Finally, he agreed to put us in contact with the head housekeeper, Mary, who was respectful and had public relation skills that the guy certainly didnt have. Mary and the head maintenance agreed to move us to another location miles away from the cool touristy area we wanted, but the property was fine. Mary called andcaandndchandc We wanted to know about this new area, so Mary told us to call Emerald Coast and speak to some man there, who was as even more unpleasant than the first guy. His tone said, "Why the heck are you bothering me?" We simply wanted to know ANYTHING about this new property, but it was like pulling teeth to get any info from him. His tone was condescending. He did NOT want to share any info with us, but with much prodding we finally got a much needed entry code to the beach area down from our new property. Geez!!! We only wanted to come and relax. We didn't anticipate a dead animal in our original unit, and didn't want to inconvenience anyone or annoy anyone, but those two 'gentlemen ' were certainly put off by our desire to try to rectify our problem. We will not be using Emerald Coast Vacation
