Fully furnished wide area 2-bedroom apartment at 80 m² with underfloor heating separate entrance and direct access to the spacious terrace (south side) with wood furniture sunbeds umbrella and Barrel BBQ and garden with gazebo and a breathtaking view of the countryside.
Behind the house is a path leading to the adjacent conservation area Lerchenberg and Gültlinger lake.
A kitchen area with stove / oven Microwave oven additional small (25L) big fridge-freezer coffee maker dish washer Kettle Toaster Pots Plates Cups Glasses Cutlery.
In addition to the Finnish sauna for 6 persons is the tiled shower, a sink and 2 toilets and many shelves for clothes and shoes. On the same level is the laundry room with washer and dryer. A room with a double bed and another room with 2 double beds can accommodate up to 6 people enough space. A large sofa in the main room with large flat screen TV (cable TV) DVD player and WIFI (fast internet) invite you to relax.

Wanderwochenende

Zu 5. zum Wandern unterwegs gewesen. Platz wäre für 8 (+2) in der Wohnung gewesen. Küche war ausreichend bestückt. Generell war die Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich schnell wohl gefühlt hat. Im großen Wohnzimmer, sowie auf der Terrasse konnte man gut den Abend ausklingen lassen.

Rundum perfekt

Die Wohnung hat alles was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht, sehr geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert, sehr nett und beide waren sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen jederzeit gern wieder!

Immer wieder gerne!

Sehr nette Kommunikation im Vorfeld und vor Ort. Die Wohnung ist modern und super gut ausgestattet! Sehr erwähnenswert sind die vielen Schlafmöglichkeiten auf wirklich guten Betten. Im Vorraum steht ein großer Kühlschrank, in dem sich alles befindet, was man zur Erstversorgung braucht und das auch noch zu günstigen Preisen. Tolle Idee! Ein zentraler Ort und guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Vielen Dank, liebe Familie Knödler! Gerne wieder!
