Very nice, very well-kept and spacious chalet (previously only used privately). Luxuriously equipped with electric shutters, high-quality bath with bidet, induction hob, microwave, gr. Refrigerator, new washer and dryer, TV with satellite reception + piped music, beautifully landscaped garden with a huge terrace large / s inviting you to relax. Beautiful views of Mount Teide and Puerto de la Cruz / sea.
