We are pleased to welcome you on our site. Below you will find a variety of information to our handicapped suitable, fully equipped apartment in a quiet part of the North Sea resort Tossens in Wesermarsch / Butjadingen.

This cozy 70 square meters apartment is located upstairs of a 2-family house and was completely renovated in July 2014 and newly furnished. It can accommodate up to 4 people. For handicapped guests standing in corridor a stair lift. 2 steps at the entrance must be covered on foot.
The bathroom has a walk-in, open shower with shower stool.

In the living room a 102 cm large flat screen television with satellite TV provides entertainment.
From now on WiFi is available in the apartment!

The kitchen has a modern and comprehensive facilities. Microwave, dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob and oven (hot air), fridge with freezer and small electric appliances such as coffee maker, kettle, toaster and egg cooker are available.
Upon request, an electric grill for the balcony is provided free of charge by the landlord.

From the kitchen, as well as from the living room, you reach the large balcony and enjoy the view over the surrounding fields. Here you can relax and unwind.
If the sun is too good once it says provides an awning for shade.

The bedroom has a large double bed (180 x 200) and a single bed (90 x 200). Model 4. Sleeping place is located in the Sitting room on a pull-out sofa bed.

The bathroom has a shower next to the disabled and a shower tray and flip-up grab handles on the toilet.

For an additional fee, we can provide you with linens and towels. For reservations 14 days you get 1 set / pers. free.
The final cleaning will be charged 40 € on the spot, as well as the local visitor's tax.
A cot and a high chair are available for our younger guests!

We wish to offer a free bread service.
You pay for the sandwiches the same price as at the bakery.

Butjadingen's Bikers country. You are welcome to bring their bicycles.

Smoking in the home is not permitted. On the balcony smoking is allowed.

Pets are not allowed.

Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

There are approximately 1400 meters to the beach.
