In the beautiful, spacious and well-maintained outdoor area (about 1,200 m²) there is the swimming pool (depth 1.5 m) with Roman steps, changing room and shower, a large terrace with a beautiful view of Assisi, an equipped pergola with wood-burning oven and barbecue, an equipped panoramic terrace for outdoor dining, an area with fruit trees and a mini soccer field with grass area. Distances: 13 km Perugia, 19 km Assisi, 30 km the Trasimeno Lake with its beaches and islands. Fenced property with automatic entrance gate.
