This beautiful vacation home offers you a great panorama. Enjoy the great view of the Little Belt from the terrace and the living room. Here you will immediately feel at home. The spacious living room is in open connection with the kitchen and is modern furnished udn by the many windows falls during the day a lot of light.
Nearby you have the Universe, an adventure park that explains the natural scientific phenomena. Also on the beach, in the old Sønderborg with the castle and the Dybbøl Mølle you will experience many pleasant hours.

Urlaub im wunderschönen Dänemark. Umgebung und Lage des Ferienhaus war hervorragend.

Die Umgebung und Lage des Ferienhauses war hervorragend. Das Haus selbst war grundlegend ungepflegt. Dies umfasste den Innen- und Außenbereich. Grundreinigung wurde zwar erledigt, jedoch waren überall Hundehaare von den Vormietern. Hundekuchen und Hundeknochen unter der Couch. Terrasse wurde nicht gepflegt. Distelgewächse und Brombeersträucher samt Dornen für Kleinkinder ungeeignet. Kinderspielsachen im Außenbereich im nicht zumutbaren und unsicheren Zustand. Keine Rutsche mehr am Schaukelgerüst. Grill und Wäscheständer komplett verrostet. Dies mögen nur Details sein aber für den bezahlten Preis erwartet man mehr. Die Organisation der Touristenbetreuung der Novasol gestaltete sich schwierig. Die Telefonsupport Hotline der Novasol in Hamburg kennt den Umgang mit den örtlichen Begebenheiten nicht. Es wurde versucht die Bettwäsche bei der Ankunft doppelt abzurechnen, dies ist nicht vertrauenswürdig und ärgerlich. Bei den Nachbarhäusern wurde sich mehr um den Innen- und Außenbereich gekümmert. Es wurde im Urlaubszeitraum der Rasen gemäht aber nicht bei unserem Haus. Fazit: Die Region ist wunderschön, die Lage der Häuser ist hervorragend. Das Ferienhaus an sich ausbaufähig.
