A unique beachfront luxury Villa Prova 1***** is a marvelous holiday home on the island of Krk in Croatia boasting privacy, stunning seaviews and the vicinity of lively touristspots.

With an private outdoor pool and shared heated indoor pool, sauna and a gym, you have found your Croatian dream holiday villa. This floor is on disposal to the guests of both villas Prova.

Located just a few steps away from the pebble beach of Rova in popular town of Malinska, this house offers the best of vacation worlds: luxurious peace and privacy among the crowds.

Villa Prova 1 can accommodate up to 8 persons. Villa features 4 comfort bedrooms, of wich 3 are with double bed and an en-suite bathroom and 4th is with bunk bed, ideal for children. Sleep like a baby on new mattresses and wake up to a beautiful seaview while listening to the sounds of crickets.

Go downstairs to make a coffee in the modern kitchen, connected to dining area and a comfortable living room with a sofa where you can sit and watch the pool and the sea melt into one another. The pool is a saltwater swimming pool so you can enjoy your own private piece of the sea, surrounded by rich Mediterranean vegetation and olive trees.

When hot or rainy, step into the basement into the world or relaxation and fun. Dip in the pool, get sweaty in sauna and exercise to stay fit and simply enjoy life. All mentioned facilities of the underground floor are available for shared use by guests of both villas Prova.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Safety deposit of 500 € may be charged upon arrival.
1 well behaved pet/dog up to 5 kg is allowed and it is a fee charged.

Wine cellar is private and requires prior reservation and arrangement with the owners. Valid only for bookings with a minimum stay of 5 days. Additional costs may occur. The basment area is for shared use.

For sightseeing, you can take a boat, a car or a bike.

A car will take you anywhere easily. Krk is the biggest Croatian island so it takes 45 minutes to reach Baska from the Krk Bridge and 35 minutes to reach it from Malinska. Have a question or request? Feel free to ask your host anything you need.

This was truly a 5 star Villa! The best place for a relaxing holiday!

Villa Prova was the most amazing place to stay at! Place was just as the pictures - so beautifuly decorated, clean and everything was just perfect! Service was excellent. The location, with clear beches so clear, was so nice and i loved the ocean view from the house. The pizzeria 2 minutes from the house was delicious, one of our best pizzas in my opinion. I recommend all of my friends to book this place. Worth every penny! My family and I had the most amazing stay and I van warmly recommend this place.

so schön, wie auf den Bildern!

Unser Urlaub zu dritt in Malinska war sehr schön. Die Villa Prova verdient tatsächlich 5-Sterne! Alles ist sehr modern und trotzdem stilvoll und gediegen eingerichtet. Von der Verarbeitungsqualität und den Einbauten bzw. Möbeln ist alles sehr hochwertig. Auch der Außenbereich lädt tatsächlich zur intensiven Nutzung ein. Die Grasfläche ist groß genug, um bspw. Badminton zu spielen, der Pool ist sehr sauber und verfügt sogar über Massagedüsen. Vom Garten aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf das ca. 150m entfernte Meer. Darüber hinaus ist der Service sehr gut. Der Kontakt bei der Anreise und zur Begrüßung verlief einwandfrei und sehr nett. Täglich wurde das Haus gereinigt, die Betten wurden gemacht und die Handtücher gewechselt. Darüber hinaus wurde auch der Pool regelmäßig gesäubert. Insgesamt ist Malinska touristisch sehr gut erschlossen. So finden sich im fußläufigen Umfeld mehrere Restaurants und der Strand. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf gibt es sehr viele. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dorthin fahren und können Villa Prova uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
