This Dalmatian stone holiday home with swimming pool is located in the hinterland of Dubrovnik and offers a quiet and comfortable vacation. In idyllic surroundings and on a large plot with numerous Mediterranean plants and large stone terraces you will surely find a place. The pool offers a welcome refreshment in the hot summer days. The interior is modern and tastefully decorated. On the first floor there is the large living and dining area and a small book corner, a kitchen as well as two bedrooms, a bathroom and toilet and a laundry room. On the floor there are three bedrooms as well as three bathrooms, with the lowest ceiling height of 110 cm. On the terrace there is a covered summer kitchen with barbecue, where you can prepare delicious dishes and taste the wines of this region in the shade of the hundred-year-old trees. On the ground there is also a typical tavern with wine counter. Imotica is a Dalmatian village and only 10 minutes by car from the sea and the nearest beach. Day trips are recommended to the islands of Peljesac and Korcula and the towns of Mostar and Medugorje. Unavoidable is a visit to the historic city of Dubrovnik with numerous cultural and recreational activities. During your stay you can take part in the process of essential oil production, from gathering the plants to distillation in the local distillery.
