Plezier met minpuntjes

Het rijtjeshuis ligt vrij dicht bij een spoorlijn waar hoorbaar heel veel (goederen)treinen langsdenderen. Voor huis kun je niet parkeren. Beddengoed, handdoeken/textiel moet men zelf meenemen (tip: vraag naar maten voor het beddengoed). Doucheruimte is krap, bedden zijn zacht (spiraalbed). Op loopafstand zijn leuke restaurantjes, bakkers, supermarkten. Je kunt in de omgeving goed fietsen (duidelijke routes) en zwemmen.

Osterferien mit zwei Erwachsenen, ein Kind und ein Hund

Sehr netter Kontakt zu der Eigentümerin. Privathaus mit umfangreich nutzbarer Ausstattung. Ordentliches Platzangebot mit einem schönen Wintergarten zum Essen bei jedem Wetter. Gute zentrale Lage in Salzbergen. Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung sehr schnell erreichbar.

Alles prima

Ein schönes Häuschen mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Wir bräuchten ein paar ruhige Tage und haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Komplett eingerichtetes Haus - da fehlt nichts

Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin; Reihenendhaus mit Wintergarten in Richtung Süd-West --> da haben wir immer gegessen - sehr angenehm. Für den Strandkorb im Garten war es leider schon zu kalt, ist aber eine schöne Idee. In fünf Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der Ems mit Anlegestelle und Bienenlehrpfad (ein paar Meter flussaufwärts). Supermarkt, Bäcker etc. alles um die Ecke. Wem die Auffahrt zu eng ist, der kann schräg hinter dem Haus parken und geht dann über den Wintergarten ins Haus. Bei offenem Fenster kann man die Bahn hören, wenn denn gerade in Zug fährt. Uns hat das nicht gestört. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Schöne Umgebung aber ist die Bahntrasse hinter dem Haus

Bei der Ankunft fällt eine sehr enge Auffahrt negativ auf. Der erste Eindruck war ganz gut, aber bei genauerem Hinsehen bemerkten wir, daß die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig lässt, aber die Putzfrau, wie beim Gespräch mit der Vermieterin herauskam, immer schuld ist. Zudem waren einige Gebrauchsgegenstände als defekt deklariert und mussten mit Vorsicht betätigt werden. Schade, wenn diese Sachen repariert werden und das Problem mit der Putzfrau gelöst wird, kann es eine schöne Unterkunft sein, wenn man sich aus den Geräuschen , die die Bahn verursacht nichts macht.
