Penthouse Anky is a quiet, spacious and very bright, 116m2 apartment. It is located just outside the city center. This can be reached in only 7 minutes on foot. The apartment is located in a quiet, attractive residential area and is suitable for up to 6 people. There is an elevator to the apartment. It has 2 bedrooms and a very large living room facing south. The living room has a dining area with dining table with direct access to kitchen. A generous seating area with sofas and TV (international satellite TV 40'LED TV screen) and in addition to a 2 single sofa beds. Wireless internet is available free of charge. The master bedroom with king size bed (2 mattresses) has a walk-in closet and an "en suite" bathroom. In. 2 Bedroom is a double bed. Furthermore, the apartment has a second full bathroom with shower. A private terrace offers spectacular views of the Orotava Valley and Teide summit and partial sea views. Here you can have breakfast comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven / microwave, cooking facilities, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and kitchen utensils and glassware. Washing machine, ironing board, towels and linens are provided. The complex includes a freshwater swimming pool (children under 14 years must always be accompanied by an adult). The Old Town can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. There are nearby cafes, restaurants and shopping.

Bus stop is around the corner. A taxi from Puerto de la Cruz to here costs € 3.

Lovely spacious well equipped apartment.

This is a really nice and very clean apartment. We stayed for two weeks and couldn't fault it. It is on the second floor and there's a lift. All towels including beach towels are provided. There was a bottle of wine and fresh fruit waiting for us when we arrived. Although the owner was on holiday another lady, Kati was on hand and was extremely helpful. There is no air conditioning so the apartment could really do with some fans that is the only criticism. The town is only ten minutes walk away downhill. Although we had a car we walked in and got a taxi back. It is quicker to walk than try to find a parking space. It wouldn't be difficult to walk back but it's uphill and it was very hot. Taxis only cost 3.70 euros. There are plenty of good supermarkets in the town plus there is a very nice shopping mall ten minutes drive away (La Villa) it has a hyper market inside (El Campo) that sells everything. There is a very helpful booklet in the apartment that points out where to visit and the best restaurants. We recommend you go for breakfast at the Mirador restaurant situated at the monastery.

All the restaurants recommended in the booklet that we visited were very good.

Also the swimming pool was very good and didn't get very busy at all.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, aber....

...die Lage: da sich diese Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem grossen Hotel

(Puerto Palace), durften wir an dem mehrmals täglichen Transfer der Hotelgäste teilhaben, denn fast alle Busse, Taxen und Mietautos nutzten dazu die Strasse " Camino del Coche".

Die Steigerung waren allerdings die massenhaft vorhandenen Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, die "freudig" jeden Böller, der zwischen 20.

12. und 04.01.2018 gezündet wurde, anbellten, anjaulten und sonst wie lautstark begrüssten. Die Kläfferei von Hunden im Hause selbst lies sich gerade noch ertragen.

Die Wohnung sollte nur von Hundeliebhaber und lärmresistente Personen angemietet werden.

Owner's Response: Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Touristenort. Da ist es normal, dass Sie nicht allein sind. Trotzdem kann ich nicht verstehen, dass Sie ein Transfer stört, wo die Wohnung im obersten Stock ist und auch noch zur entgegen gesetzer Seite. Dass Hunde bei Böllern jaulen ist überall normal. Und das es öfter Böller in der Weihnachtszeit gibt auch. Ich habe trotzdem mal bei den Gästen, die z. Zt. in der Wohnung sind, nachgefragt. Diese Gäste kommen jedes Jahr für 6 Wochen. Ausser sporadisch mal ein Hundegebell, sei die Wohnung sehr ruhig.

Ein sehr schönes Apartment in guter Lage

Wir hatten eine schöne und entspannte Zeit. Es ging alles sehr unkompliziert, Frau Pieck stand uns bei Fragen unsererseits immer mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Die Lage war gut, Parkplätze standen zur Verfügung und die Größe und Ausstattung des Apartments ist sehr gut. Vielleicht wäre eine Klimaanlage oder ein großer Ventilator überlegenswert.

Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Klimaanlagen sind hier selten, da man diese kaum benötigt. Einen Ventilator hätten wir Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung gestellt. Beim nächsten Mal, einfach melden, wenn Sie etwas benötigen. Appartamento confortevole

Siamo stati una settimana in questo appartamento, usufruendo anche della piscina condominiale, tutto è stato ottimo. Buono l'arredamento, gentilissima la ragazza che ce l'ha consegnato, bella l'idea di far trovare frutta fresca ed acqua. Dovessi tornare in zona, sicuramente lo affitterei nuovamente.

Geräumige und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung war, abgesehen von ein paar Kleinigkeiten, sehr gut.

Eine Klimaanlage war bei geöffnetem Fenster in der Nacht nicht erforderlich. Allerdings war es - vor allem am Wochenende - von der Straße her sehr laut (Passanten und Hundegebell) , was die Schlafqualität beeinträchtigt hat.

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis gerade noch akzeptabel.

Playa Jardín is in Puerto de la Cruz, begins in the Castle of San Felipe and extends to the Punta Brava district with an area of ​​more than half a kilometer. The design of the gardens and walkways that give the name, are the sculptor César Manrique. He holds the Blue Flag recognition.

The Taoro Park is a large green area in Puerto de la Cruz. You can reach him in just a few minutes. It consists of three parts: La Atalaya, Casino Gardens and La Sortija. The most pleasant place to stroll is the same area as La Atalaya. Known as there are a number of walks with lots of greenery and waterfalls and spectacular views of the city. The area is frequented by La Sortija athletes.
