I love the views and quality of stay in the area. Great place for peaceful relaxation to off-the-wall fun with friends and family.
Our family (mom, dad & 2 teenage boys) stayed at Lou's unit for a long summer weekend. We've been to Grand Cascades four previous times and return every year because we love it so much. We've always booked directly through GC but their prices were ridiculously high for the weekend we planned to visit. I found Lou's unit on VRBO for quite a bit less. Booking with Lou was very easy and he was very responsive to my numerous questions. Check in was easy and the room was identical to what we have stayed in before. My boys love the golf options available at Crystal Springs as well as the foot (soccer) golf. We all love playing on the 18 hole championship miniature golf course during the day and at night with the glow in the dark balls! The pools are beautiful and there is plenty to keep my teenage boys busy....fishing, pool, ping pong, swimming, golfing, hiking, etc. We ate at Springs Garden and were not very impressed with the menu or food in general. We do make use of the kitchen in the room for breakfast and lunch and like to venture to nearby Warwick for dinner. Lou's unit is on the 5th floor, nice and quiet, with beautiful views of the biosphere, pool, golf course and sunsets. Highly recommend it!
We have been going to Crystal Springs for many years and this is the 1st time we did not stay at the resort and book with the hotel but rather HomeAway and we WOULD RENT AGAIN. Lou was very easy to work with ; we arrived and immediately went into relaxation mode with easy check in and out! His unit is in a perfect location and quite.
A great stay and amazing place... we will be back
My family stayed here for a week. No snow during our stay which was a bummer as we had hoped to do some skiing and snow tubing. Played golf instead. A good place to stay with good options. Book the restaurants early if you are going there during the Christmas Week. Lou was very responsive. Check in and Check out was a straight forward affair.
My husband and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable time in your unit. It was spacious, we'll decorate and the view was amazing. Every morning we ate out on the deck and enjoyed watching the golfers. In the afternoon my husband went golfing and I enjoyed the Biosphere. At night we had a delicious meal in the on site restaurant.
My family and I had vacationed here at Crystal Springs several times. We love the amenities and the resort feel from spa treatments, pools and the good restaurants on premises. Entertaining a 7 year old is not easy and we found enough things to do without driving out 15-70 miles to the nearest entertainment. I luckily found Lou's unit quite by accident when booking a trip to Fort Lauderdale on vrbo. Although a New Jersey resident only 40 minutes away, this unit is AWESOME- For quick getaways and relaxing weekends and just time to unwind from the business of life anytime! Lou is very accommodating and easy to communicate with, response very timely! This is TOP unit with lots of privacy and quiet!!! Great views of the valley and golf course below! My only regret is that I haven't made enough time out of my schedule to book more often! Thanks Lou!
Always stayed in minerals and it was our first time in GCL. Had a very nice time with my wife! The unit was impeccably maintained and had great views of the biosphere, outdoor pools and landscape.
The place was very quiet and not as rowdy as compared to Minerals which we prefer. Great place to relax and unwind. I would take Lou's suggestion and book reservations early for the restaurant(s) that you would like to dine with. We were lucky to get a spot at Springs bistro because of a cancellation. Outside of the Lodge, you won't find a lot of places to eat, unless you prefer Burger King, Pizza, Pub food or chinese takeout.
Thanks a lot Lou and hoping to stay again in the future!
