Sauberkeit

Leider lässt die Sauberkeit der Duschtüren sehr zu wünschen übrig. Auch die Fenster in der Küche könnten mal wieder geputzt werden. Überhaupt ist das Badezimmer äußerst veraltet. Der Esstisch im Flur war auch nicht so prinkelnd. Könnte man gut in dem spärlich eingerichtetn Wohnzimmer unterbringen.

Wir würden leider nicht wiederkommen :(

Leider mussten wir schon beim Betreten der Wohnung feststellen, dass diese nicht besonders gründlich geputzt wurde ( kein Staub gewischt, nur durch gesaugt, Stockflecken in der Duschkabine und im Spülkasten). Außerdem war das Bett im Schlafzimmer, leider notdürftig mit Backsteinen, repariert worden. Leider ist das Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster und trotzdem nicht richtig zu verdunkeln. Auch das Wohnzimmer/ zweiter Schlafraum, bietet keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit. Es gibt nur Plissees zum Sichtschutz. Die Lage ist allerdings super. Innerhalb von fünf Gehminuten ist man am Strand. Die Mitarbeiter/-innen des Vermietungsbüros waren sehr freundlich.

Einmal und nie wieder

Duhnen ist eine schöne Gegend. Die Wohnung war ganz ok ,aber schlafen konnten wir nicht wirklich! Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen und das Rost stand auf Backsteinen . Der Vermieter hat noch nocht einmal probiert eine Lösung zu finden .Die kinder schliefen ab der 3ten Nacht in dem Bett und selbst die klagten über Schmerzen!wir haben uns eine luft Matratze gekauft und auf dieser geschlafen. Wir haben sowas noch nie erlebt man hätte uns wenigstens entgegen kommen können! Ich habe Bewertungen gefunden das das Bett Ende 2021 das erste mal von Gästen bemängelt wurde ,ich finde es eine Frechheit dann noch zum vollen Preis zu vermieten ! Einmal und nie wieder !

Immer wieder gerne

Tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage, keine 2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Bäcker und co. direkt um die Ecke. Sauberes gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild. Bett in die Jahre gekommen aber bequem und Tiefgaragen Platz für ein großes Auto etwas schlecht gelegen aber machbar mit etwas hin und her rangieren. Ansonsten alles super.
