Lovely refurbished apartment with all modern comforts on the first floor in the heart of the ancient Rione Monti, one of the most historical areas in rome and loved by both Romans and tourists.The apartment is on the first floor (UK) (2nd floor USA) of an old building with lift and it is composed of two double bed rooms (in one room you can have two single beds instead of a double bed), a living room with table, chairs and a bed sofa (for two persons) with a lovely terrace, a well equipped kitchen (oven. fridge, microwave, dishwasher), a bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and TV are available. A wonderful view over San Martino ai Monti square. Through the windows you can see the beautiful square of San Martino ai Monti with two medieval towers: Capocci Tower and Graziani Tower and also see the back side of San Martino e San Silvestro Church. You can see also in the distance the horses on the top of the Altar of the Fatherland (Altare della patria).

Lovely apartment in Monti

Lovely apartment in a great location. Perfect for a family of four. The host Martine was very helpful providing lots of local tips and information. Would highly recommend. We walked to all the main attractions.

Well-located, modern, with every convenience.

Our stay in Monti could not have been a more comfortable and enjoyable finale to our 7 weeks in Italy. As well as being modern and attractively appointed Martina's apartment was filled with every possible domestic requirement, which we really appreciated. We felt very secure with strong shutters on all windows, yet in touch with the street when they were open, and breakfast each day on the little terrace lined with flowering pot plants was a great pleasure. The surrounding area is full of cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets, and within easy walking distance of many of the main attractions, including 2 Metro stations. While located in a lively spot, the apartment is quiet. We couldn't recommend this rental more highly. Gwen & Geoff Ryan, Australia.

Très bien situé

Petit appartement très bien situé, près de tout, lieux historiques, restaurants, épiceries, etc. Très propre, très éclairé, lits confortables et cuisine bien équipé. Petit bémol : Musique un peu forte le soir pour les personnes qui dorment dans la chambre principale et eau de la douche qui passe de brûlante à glacée plusieurs fois lors d'une seule douche. Mais j'y retournerais sans problème.

Excellent property very close to Colosseum

First things first, comfortable mattress and pillows. I slept 9 hours straight after a terrible morning flight and whole day sight seeing. We could walk to Colosseum and Forum in 15 min. 2 big rooms, small patio, nice bathroom, hot water. The property manager was excellent and attentive. Safe neighborhood where we stayed with 2 almost teen kids
