About this property

The quiet apartment is located in the popular Kiel district of Wik in the immediate vicinity of the Kiel Fjord and the Kiel Canal (Maritime Quarter). Thanks to its good transport connections, both the Olympiahafen in Schilksee and Kiel city center can be reached in a short time by car or public transport (direct bus connection). The bus stop is approx. 200 m away and buses to Kiel city center leave every 10 minutes.

The property is a beautiful, bright attic apartment on the 2nd Upper floor, located in a quiet residential street. The apartment is characterized by a modern floor plan with a large kitchen (dining area) and a large bathroom. The apartment has dormers and headroom in every room.

Within walking distance there are very good shopping facilities and beautiful local recreation areas (game reserve, Kiel Canal and Kiel Fjord). If you like, you can also reach them with our new 1-speed bicycles, which you can use free of charge!

Gemütliche, super gelegene Ferienwohnung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Gastgeberfamilie sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber, gut ausgestattet und man hat einen sehr schönen Rundumblick. Ein Bäcker befindet sich gleich die Straße runter und ein Einkaufszentrum sowie einige Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, aber in der Nähe der belebten Holtenauer Straße. Mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus kommt man gut überall hin und ist auch mit dem Auto gleich auf der Schnellstraße. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben’s sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Ferienwohnung gerne weiterempfehlen.

Perfekt für eine kleine Auszeit

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber und eine ruhige Lage. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemütlich und für zwei Personen recht großzügig geschnitten.
