Welcome to the "Haus am Meer"!

Spend a relaxing holiday in our house. The fully refurbished semi-detached house is located in a quiet side street just 3 minutes from the gorgeous white sand beach. Shops and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. The house is decorated in romantic country style. High-quality furniture and selected accessories give the house a harmonious feel.

The ground floor is covered with tiles and comprises living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, utility room and hallway. The spacious kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge / freezer and a dining area. In the living room you will find a cozy sitting area with couch and chairs. Here you can enjoy cozy hours before the crackling fireplace. A flat screen TV with satellite channels, SKY, wireless and CD radio contribute to the conversation. Firewood is provided free of charge.

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and sauna, which can be used free of charge. Both provided with parquet floor bedrooms are each equipped with double beds of 1.80 m width and offer maximum sleeping comfort. Each bedroom has allergenic pillows, TV and a spacious wardrobe for your wardrobe accommodating.

The located in the utility room with washing machine top loader can be used free of charge. On request, we provide a cot and high chair for your baby.

The house has 2 terraces in southern location with comfortable garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. 2 parking spaces and a lockable shed for bicycles. A beach on Zingster befindlicher beach chair can be used free of charge.

5* vor allem für die Lage

Diese Unterkunft kann vor allem mit ihrer tollen Lage punkten - die "Fressmeile" direkt vor der Haustür, der Strand nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Auch absolut Klasse ist der zum Haus gehörige Strandkorb. Das Objekt selbst bot ausreichend Platz. Die Einrichtung war mir persönlich zu kitschig und das Außengelände zu steril und zugepflastert (das war aber auf den Bildern schon vorher zu sehen und kein Grund, nicht zu buchen, zumal die Auswahl zum Zeitpunkt meiner Buchung auch nicht mehr groß war). Dass keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive sind, finde ich nicht ganz in Ordnung. Kontakt und Erreichbarkeit waren gut, es war für mich aber ganz transparent, wer nun eigentlich wo angestellt ist, wem das Objekt gehört und so weiter. Ich erhielt Mails bezüglich der Buchung von mindestens vier verschiedenen Adressen. Ich gebe dennoch fünf Sterne, weil die Lage einfach Spitze ist und wir einen tollen Urlaub hatten.

schöner Ostseeurlaub

Gemütliches Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Im großen und ganzen alles vorhanden was man braucht. Küchenausstattung könnte bei den Kleinigkeiten etwas umfangreicher sein, aber das Hauptsächliche war ansonsten gut. Leider war das Internet wenig nutzbar und Sky funktionierte nicht. Aber bei schönem Wetter war das Erlebnis Ostsee wunderschön.

Erholung im Winter

ein wirklich super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird, sehr zentral gelegen im Ortszentrum von Zingst, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants teilweise in der Winterpause, was aber keine Beeinträchtigung für uns darstellte.

Sehr angenehmer Küstenurlaub

Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Bestens ausgestattet. Für 4 Personen genug Platz. Die beiden kleinen Terrassen bieten Sonne oder Schatten. Auch die Nähe zum Strand ist optimal. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle fussläufig zu erreichen. Der Strandkorb könnte besser beschriftet sein. Nur mit der 11 ist man doch etwas unsicher. Zumal wir scheinbar die ersten waren, die ihn in 2023 benutzen wollten. Da wäre es gut, wenn der Vermieter zu Saisonbeginn mal hin schaut und ihn startklar macht. Die Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert!

Zingst Urlaub

Sehr gut ausgestattete Doppelhaushälfte mit Sauna, Fußbodenheizung perfekt (kühler März), haben uns vor allem in der Wohnküche wohlgefühlt. Leider etwas negatives - die Abflüsse der Duschen (vor allem EG) rochen unangenehm. Den Parkplatz hatten wir für uns allein - für 3 Autos schwierig.
