The apartment Vistamar is situated in a well-kept complex almost directly at sea and beautiful beach of Las Americas. All shops, restaurants, hair salons, banks and ATMs can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is a duplex on two floors, so that you are there a lot of space for the large family. The apartment has two terraces, the lower terrace has a seating area with sun loungers, the upper terrace with exit from the first bedroom has a rattan lounge sofa where you can sit in the evening with a glass of wine and enjoy. Of the two terraces, there is a partial sea view and you can see the Teide. The cozy living area has a living room with dining area and flat-screen TV with satellite programs and a small stereo. Internet is available via Wi-Fi free of charge.

The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, and toaster, kettle and coffee maker. There is also a washing machine with iron and ironing board.

The first bedroom has a double bed and a direct exit to the upper terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds.

The bathroom with tub and shower is located on the upper floor. On the ground floor there is a small bathroom with toilet.

The apartment is ideal for swimming and beach holidays, even for a longer stay, it is ideally suited. The plant has a very nice pool area. The sunbeds around the pool are available at an additional charge. At the pool there is also a bistro for snacks and ice in between (surcharge).

Great apartment, perfect location

We stayed here for five nights, it's perfectly situated right in front of the beach, supermarket next door and close to loads of great restaurants. Apartment was perfect with two balconies for chilling. Would recommend and stay here again :)

Great duplex, fab location

This is a really nice duplex. 2 of us went and it was a good size - think it would be difficult with 4 adults. The terraces were great. The location is perfect as its right in the middle of everything and at this time of year its not too noisy. The shower which has just been done is great. Only a couple of niggles - if you are a big person you would struggle with the toilets as they are both cramped and difficult to get to. No english channels - apparently you can rent a sky box. No chopping boards in the kitchen. Overall though a good duplex with everything you need.

Good Location

For the positives the apartment was in a good location. Very close to many bars and restaurants shops and the sea front. It is large and was adequate for 4 people. The large downstairs terrace with sunbeds and a patio table and chairs was in the sun until approx. 4.30 pm. The upstairs terrace is very pleasant with nice furniture.

The downstairs is ok and has a well equipped kitchen with everything you need , a comfortable new leather sofa in the lounge area, TV with many channels, DVD player and radio.

There is a washing machine in the upstairs bathroom although this does make it cramped and you need to sit sideways on the toilet.

For the negatives, the upstairs was in a very poor condition with extremely damaged floor tiles which were sharp, splintered and dangerous underfoot. The chest of drawers in the double bedroom were falling apart with the bottom two drawers hanging off. I showed this to the person who was there to meet us and he said he would get it fixed tomorrow but nothing was done. The shower was very poor and the water came out in a dribble. The downstairs patio door lock was broken although the wooden slatted door had a lock on it as there was no safe in the apartment this was a bit of a worry.

wifi was hit and miss

The owner was very quick to respond to my emails and they were flexible on the time of leaving the apartment which was appreciated.

In summary great location, good size apartment with large sunny terrace. Downstairs ok upstairs awful.

That was planned many months ago and of course, we can do this only when we clock the calendar for some weeks and until the end of march it is high season on Tenerife. You are welcome and you can see that the apartment will be in a modern and very good condition when you decide to come back.

Great location

The apartment is in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants. It has everything what you need for your stay:plates, towels, blankets and we found 4 bodybourds and sand toys ;).

The person whom offered the apartment was extremely helpful and answered quick to our questions.

The only negative thing about it were the cockroaches but you can find them everywhere on the Island, anyhow we had an amazing time in her and I can just truly recomand it.

Mooi appartement, netjes onderhouden, voldoende faciliteiten en leuk zwembad

Ruim genoeg voor 4volwassenen en 2kinderen. Mooi zwembad met diep en speel gedeelte, lich zout water. Appartement ligt vlak bij de boulevard en zee. Leuk plein ervoor. Keuken meer dan voldoende faciliteiten, netjes en onderhoud was goed. S avonds hoor je wel live muziek vanaf t pleintje maar stoorde ons niet. Top vakantie gehad

The apartment Vistamar is located in the complex Parque Santiago II. Parque Santiago II is located in the quietest and sunniest area of ​​Playa de las Americas, the holiday paradise in the south of Tenerife. Right on the so-called 'Golden Mile'.

Directly on the beautiful beach of Playa de las Americas, this apartment is in a very central location, but still in a quiet residential area in the most popular resort in the south of Tenerife. The complex has a large pool with a very well maintained and beautifully landscaped gardens. There is also a children's pool, a pool bar and a cafeteria where you can eat a small snack between meals.

Within the complex there are bars, restaurants, a pool billiard shop, and several hair salons.

From the balcony you have a wonderful view on the sea and the shopping street, inviting you with many restaurants and shops for shopping and strolling. However, the situation is relatively calm.

Enjoy the landscaped surroundings on a walk on the beach promenade, which is several kilometers long and stroll along the most beautiful boutiques and shops. In the surrounding area you will find some of the hottest restaurants on the island. The fishing and ferry port of Los Cristianos walk on the promenade in about 10 minutes. The plant is one of the best places of Tenerife for a beach holiday.

All golf courses are within minutes by car. The nearest golf course is only 600 meters away (Playa de las Americas Golf Court).

Even the largest water park in Europe - Siam Park - is just a short drive away, as is the Aqua Park, Jungle Park Parque Las Aguilas and (an eagle park above Chayofa).
