Holiday house to feel, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms en suite, beach, modern facilities

The townhouse Casa Estal is located in a condominium on the outskirts of Cala Pi, above the Torrent de Cala Pi. The picturesque sandy bay of Cala Pi is only a few minutes walk. Also, the center, restaurants and a small supermarket.

This cozy terraced house has two floors. The ground floor houses the living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, a covered terrace and the fully fenced garden. Upstairs are two bedrooms with 2 bathrooms en suite.

The bathrooms were newly installed in 2015 and are equipped with a modern shower and a wash basin and a toilet. In the bedrooms there are spacious double bed with the dimensions 180 x 200th In bedroom 1 is available next to the closet still a dresser with a large magnifying mirror available. In bedroom 2 there is in addition to the built-in wardrobe is the possibility to set up cots. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. In the living area there is a comfortable pull-out leather sofa and a flat - screen TV and a radio. From the couch, you can look on the adjoining land on a nature reserve. A double sliding glass door separates the covered terrace from the living area. On the terrace is a cozy wood table with seating for 4 people. From here you can watch beautiful sunsets. A gas grill, umbrella and plenty of sunbeds are also at disposal. A high hedge left and right your garden is not visible from the neighbors.

The dining area leads directly into the living area. Here you will find a beautiful wood table with seating for 4 people and a highchair. The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped. She has enough glasses and dishes, a dishwasher, oven, electric hob, fridge / freezer, coffee machine (for pads and filters), toaster, kettle, hand blender). In the pantry there is a washing machine and dryer.

The house has an Internet connection. Wireless network (Wifi network) is available throughout the house free of charge.

By Air conditioners in all rooms, the house is also suitable for wintering in Mallorca.

Sehr modern eingerichtetes, sauberes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Auto ist natürlich erforderlich. Die Bucht Cala Pi war nicht sehr sauber und übervoll, daher immer Es Trenc, der Traumstrand.
