By connecting the two apartments on the ground floor Achtersied of cultivation and the cultivation Utkiek upstairs with our Haupthuus our villa offers plenty of space for families or groups up to 12 people.

The spacious country kitchen in Haupthuus, equipped with Miele and Gaggenau appliances, invites you to cook together and feast on. Feel right at home in our Ostfriesen sofa and chatting in funny round. From the kitchen in Haupthuus Go directly to the floating conservatory across the pond.

The apartments Achtersied and Utkiek hold two more kitchens ready for your undisturbed morning coffee in a small group for you.

Sweating in the sauna? Relax in the conservatory? Sunbathing in the beach chairs? Relax in XXL Lounge chair with or without flat-screen TV? Browse the gallery? Play a round of billiards or enjoy a cinematic experience by the fireplace - while our younger guests distribute the play area in the attic the time. All this is possible on 3 floors and a total of 250 sqm.

6 individually furnished bedrooms invite you to dream in boxspring beds, XXL blankets and three different Tencel cushions. In the morning you receive in Haupthuus a wellness oasis with freestanding Hoesch whirlpool, rain shower and sauna. Two further bathrooms with floor to ceiling, spacious rain showers are welcome in the apartments and Achtersied Utkiek.

Enjoy a barbecue in the garden, from the main rippling the pond, the birdsong in the trees and spend relaxing hours in the beach chairs and our book arbor. Another terrace with seating can be found in the garden of the apartment Achtersied.

Kegeltour

Mit 10 Personen einen Kurztrip nach Timmel gemacht. Sehr schönes weitläufiges Haus, mit drei angeschlossenen Wohnungen und tollen Garten, Wintergarten und Teich. Sehr gut eingerichteter Küche und Platz für alle.

Schöne Zeit in Timmel

Wir waren als Freundesgruppe mit 12 Personen über Silvester in der Unterkunft. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, selbst bei schlechtem Wetter ist uns nie langweilig geworden. Die Umgebung ist, zumindest im Winter, recht ruhig und angenehm. Nur zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschönes Landhaus

Großzügig, stilvoll, herzlich - die alte Apotheke in Timmel lässt keine Wünsche übrig! Es wurde uns makellos übergeben, sodass wir drei wunderschöne Tage dort verbringen konnten. Es fehlt an nichts, insbesondere der Billardtisch, die Sauna und die gemütlichen Sitzecken haben uns sehr gefallen! Wir planen bereits den nächsten Aufenthalt in diesem einladenden Schmuckstück in Ostfriesland…
