Dear holidaymakers, visitors to Berlin and business travellers,

We would like to welcome you to our holiday flat on the south-eastern outskirts of Berlin!

The flat has a size of 70 m² and is located on the upper floor of our two-family house.

Thanks to the two bedrooms, the flat is ideal for 4 people. It also has a large, light-flooded living and dining room, a south-facing balcony and a fully equipped fitted kitchen. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub as well as a window. There is a car park in front of the front door and smoking is permitted on the balcony. However, pets are not allowed.

The rental price includes
- Bed linen - the beds are already made
- Towels (1 x large, 1 x small),
- Kitchen towels, dishcloths and sponge, tabs and washing-up liquid
- WLAN, electricity, water, heating

The tenant is required to pay a deposit of EUR 200 in cash on arrival. This will be refunded by bank transfer shortly after departure.

Despite the quiet location, there is a connection to public transport, so there is nothing to stop you visiting the capital. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Ostkreuz, which is connected to the Ringbahn.

Eine preiswerte superschöne Ferienwohnung mit freundlichen Vermietern 👍

Wir waren zu viert eine Woche in dieser Fewo und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen hier. Es ist alles sauber und sehr gepflegt und adrett. Die Küche war sehr gut bestückt und das mit richtigem hübschen Geschirr-Service und Besteck (also nicht einfach zusammengetragene übrige Teile). Auch Gewürze und Küchenutensilien, wie Alu- & Frischhaltefolie, Servietten, Verschlussclipse, Kaffeefilter u. a. waren vorhanden. Nur eine Butterschale haben wir nicht gefunden. Im Schlafzimmer vom Doppelbett steht ein riesiger Kleiderschrank mit viel Platz für die Klamotten aller 4 Personen - es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank im Zimmer von den Einzelbetten. Was da aber schön ist, dass die Betten nicht so nah, sondern versetzt stehen und so jeder sein "Abteil" hat (in unserem Fall waren noch Freunde, nicht Kinder dabei). Die Zufahrt zur Wohnung ist leider unbebaut, also kein Asphalt. Man fährt über holprigen sandigen Boden, was bei umsichtiger Fahrweise zu verkraften ist. Es sind nur gut ca. 60 m, wenn man vom Haus aus rechts weg fährt und kommt. Im Gespräch mit dem Vermieterpaar kam zur Sprache, dass leider eine Asphaltierung auch in Zukunft nicht geplant ist, was sehr bedauert wird von den Bewohnern in der Edelweißstraße. Der Balkon ist natürlich ein Highlight für Sonnenanbeter. Wir hatten herrliches Wetter und konnten diesen gut nutzen zum Relaxen. Zum Essen zu viert ist er leider nicht tief genug, um an einen Tisch zu sitzen, aber abends für ein Glas Wein und in den Himmel gucken ist er durch seine Breite perfekt. Man merkt, dass die Vermieter - ein nettes fleißiges Ehepaar - sich wünschen, dass ihre Gäste sich wohl fühlen. 🌹 Wir möchten uns bei dem Vermieterpaar Bandow für die schönen Tage in ihrer Fewo bedanken und würden diese für einen Ausflug nach Berlin (denn das war nicht unser letzter Besuch) wieder buchen.
