About this property

Our more than 250 year old cottage you can see its age from the outside not to. Indoor fall on a instantly leaning walls, sloping floors and old doors. This quirky idiosyncrasies of our house, we wanted to get absolutely and have lovingly restored. In June 2015, we have coped with the extensive renovation work and now able to offer holidaymakers who are looking for a warm and cozy accommodation, the apartment.
The kitchen got footwarmed cork that 3 cozy bedroom oiled wooden floorboards. The walls have given preferential clay plaster, which contributes significantly to the pleasant living environment. Partly we could get the old beams.
Our house is available all year round.

When renting to 2 people the master bedroom is prepared for more than 2 persons in addition the middle room, etc.

Location
The house is quite central in one of the oldest streets Bad francs Stockhausen. Near this quiet one way street, the Castle Park with Library (Tip: Tourists borrow for free!), Museum and Kyffhäuser-Therme and the St. Find Marienkirche (lower church). Another tip our children: the tastiest ice around it is only 2 minutes walk, the best brick oven pizza far and wide also.

The small courtyard is still under construction.
On the ground floor offices are rented, occupied a few hours a day.

Urlaub bei Barbarossa

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön und mit 4 Kindern ideal. Alles was man braucht ist da und es wurde viel an die Kinder gedacht( Spielmöglichkeiten). 4 Sterne Die Umgebung gilt es zu erkunden. Man glaubt gar nicht was es alles gibt ,Das Solebad ist natürlich der Renner zu jeder Jahreszeit.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt

Danke für die Möglichkeit in diesem doch schon historischen Haus wohnen zu können. Die Lage ist super als Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten in der Stadt und in der Umgebung, Einkaufen ist zu Fuß problemlos. Wenn man sich mit den Einbahnstraßen angefreundet hat, ist Parken in der Nähe oder vorm Haus auch ohne Probleme möglich. Zu Dritt war genügend Platz und es war alles da, was wir brauchten (endlich auch mal eine Pad-Kaffeemaschine). Vielen Dank

Ruhige aber zentrale Lage

Wir sind uns zu fünft nicht auf die Füße getreten. Bis auf den Eingangsbereich war alles geräumig. Der Esstisch war unser Mittelpunkt für viele Spielabende. Alles war sehr gemütlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal für viele fußläufige Ausflüge.
