This will be your home away from home - your perfect private getaway. Luxury Beachfront Condo Resort located in the Heart of Panama City Beach on the Emerald Coast with over 1700 plus feet of pristine Beachfront. Located on the 17th floor. The views from this condominium are unbelievable.

Watch as the sun rises & sets over Miller Pier. Just relax on the dock over the gulf and watch the tide roll in or drop a line and do some serious fishing. What a view you get from the 17th floor balcony and you don't have any noise from the pool below. This is truly a piece of paradise.

The condo is beautifully decorated for the most discriminating taste.

From the Master bedroom and living room, step out to the extra large beachfront balcony to see and hear the surf and view the sugar white beaches.

The living room is equipped with a Sleeper Sofa, 50 inch Smart TV, with Direct TV, and NETFLIX for your enjoyment.

There are sliding glass doors in Master Bedroom and Living room which open to the ocean front balcony.

There are two full bedrooms. The Master Bedroom features a King-size bed and 32-inch flat screen TV, DVD combo. The Second bedroom offers a Queen size bed, 27 inch flat screen TV, DVD combo. The Master Bathroom has a garden tub/shower The Second Bathroom has a combination Tub/Shower. There is a washer and dryer in the unit too.

The kitchen is equipped with dinnerware, a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and pots and pans for your convenience. Dining table for 4 and 2 bar stools at the counter.

There is so much to do in Panama City Beach. Between Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, and Zoo World. Also there are endless trails of mini-putt golf, boating, fishing, water sports galore, and lots of shopping, restaurants, and seafood festivals. It's a great place to just do nothing at all. Panama City boasts 'The Beach Lover's Beach'. The development of all the new resorts brings in upscale dining, shopping and golf.

Loved it!

The owner was very responsive. We had such a good time that we extended 2 nights! The location is ideal, we saw dolphins, manatees and even a shark from the balcony!

My stay

My stay at the condo was good. The only complaint that i havr is that the elevator stop working and me and my family had to walk up 17 floors of steps. That part was a disaster. Please whenever you guys book, just make sure the elevator is working properly. The condo was perfect and the beach is always a plus.

Perfect Location

Sterling Reef has a beautiful view of the Gulf. It's only a couple of blocks away from Lyndell Center which is incredible. The owner was great to work with over the time we stayed.
