Relaxing.

  • 5 of 5

The pictures in the ad don't do this cabin justice. We had a great time while we were there. Lots of hiking and boating nearby. It was very relaxing. The area is beautiful. No fleas, ticks, or mosquitos. The cabin is taken care of and is very clean. Everything you will need is supplied in the cabin. You will need your own food.

Perfect!

  • 5 of 5

We absolutely loved our stay at the cabin! It was beautiful inside and out. We didn't need for anything because everything had been thought of and provided. It was very clean and even had extra amenities not pictured like a hammock, outdoor dining table, and a porch swing. We saw several deer on and around the property. Although the drive to Glacier was further than we originally thought, the drive was beautiful and we saw so much wildlife along the way. There were also a lot of ponds/lakes to stop and fish along the way which my husband loved! Cafe Jax in Eureka was one of our favorite places to eat in the area. I certainly recommend this cabin and would love to stay here again given the opportunity!

Perfect Honeymoon Getaway!! Absolutley Amazing!!

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I spent a week in this beautiful cabin while on our honeymoon. The cabin and the surrounding area was absolutely amazing. We could not have wished for anywhere nicer to spend our honeymoon. It was so relaxing and just what we needed after the stresses of planing and having a wedding.

The cabin has every luxury you could think of; Television, Internet, comfy beds, fantastic shower, Laundry facilities and a fully equipped kitchen with all you'll need like coffee and coffee machine etc. And not forgetting the spectacular views out the front porch and from the porch swing.

An information binder was available to us and was incredibly helpful. It contained information on places to eat and drink and places to explore via foot and by car. All information needed was there at hand. We loved everywhere we visited that was recommended.

We hope to visit again sometime in the future hopefully when it's warmer so we can make more use of the beautiful lake.

We cannot thank Margie and Duke enough.

This beautiful, serene, pristine cabin nestled in the Rexford hills was wonderful beyond words. The pictures from the website are great, but the actual thing is even better. My daughter said, "Wow Mom, whoever built this cabin must have been a genius". The owners have gone above and beyond to ensure EVERY conceivable need is met. I've never stayed at a place so clean and well-kept (and that includes 5 star hotels). I would go back every weekend if I could. Thank you to the owners for making this an exceptional experience.

Loved it!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I and our dog spent 6 nights at this charming cabin. What a find! From the moment we stepped into the door we began "high-fiving" each other because it was better than we imagined it could be. Impeccably clean, bright, roomy and such attention to detail. Having travelled over 1500 miles with us our dog immediately curled up on one of the bedroom rugs as if to declare "I've arrived!" If we had the opportunity to build we would absolutely try to duplicate the floor plan of the cabin. It was perfect. The huge windows let in the most luscious, cool and light mountain air. Are where are the mosquitos anyway?? We brought all sorts of bug spray with us and never needed it. How great was that? We completely fell in love with the area. We couldn't get enough. We drove into the Canadian Rockies - spectacular! We did the highway drive along Lake Koocanusa to Libby, Mt - not to be missed! There was so much. Around every bend in the road we found something else that was truly beautiful. We fell in love with Montana and with the cabin. Margie and Duke completely have it figured out in terms of how to be spectacular hosts. We were so appreciative for all of the information they left on the area and the fresh flowers and treats. These are the kind of things only persons who really care about providing you with an excellent experience do. We so hope to be back as I don't think we could ever find a place that we loved as much.

A Beautiful Country Cabin

  • 5 of 5

It is awesome, so peaceful, beautiful, and serene. My husband and I spent a week there, exploring the area, biking, hiking (the trails are awesome), touring Rexford, Eureka, Whitefish, and going to a small theatre in Eureka. We had deer in the yard everyday munching away, and sat on the balcony enjoying our time and the view. Our hosts left snacks and goodies, so very thoughtful and truly appreciated. They also left lots of information on the area and things to do there, and a map and details on finding all the trails. It was just awesome, we'd love to head back again soon.
